I used to shop at this location for my dog food. No more... after they locked the door in my face right at 9pm. Yes, I was pushing it so close to clsoing, but the girl at the door literally turned off the sign, locked the door and turned her back and walked away right as I approached the door. How rude! This should have been handled differently. Dont turn your back- stand there and say "Im sorry weve already closed the register." Unfortunately, the assistant manager was no better when I called to bring this to her attention the next day. Customer service goes a long way and I will take my business where I am respected and appreciated.

I love this store-- The people are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They have been able to fix almost ALL of the problems I have had in my aquarium due to the neglegence of a different pet store, whether I come in or I call them for advice they have had an answer. There fish tanks are clean and clear of disease--Even the feeder tank has almost little to no death or sickness in it! The staff care for the animals and reptiles extrodinarely well-- prices are reasonable and the store is kept clean. I go out of my way to go to this Pet Supermarket because of the way I have been treated as a customer.

I normally shop online for all of my pet needs, but my parents told me about this place so I took my mom today. I absolutely fell in love with this store. All of the employees were extremely helpful and so very nice! I will definitely be coming back! The prices are very reasonable as well. Anyone that lives in the Tampa area, should definitely check this place out. They have everything that a pet owner needs!!! Thank you so very much to all of the employees that helped me, my mom, and little Riley out today!!! You all are the best!!!

Convenient? Yes. Helpful? Not particularly? Staff? Locks the door in your face at 8:59. I get it, you close soon, but someone literally watched watched me pull in, locked the door and shut off the lights. I dont normally write reviews, but this cant go unnoticed.

this location sucks ass! No sense of urgency what so ever! Within the last month I waited literally 20mins for feeder shrimp each time I ended up just walking out without buying anything. Customer service suck, and trust me they dont care
