Find another store. This isnt worth the rise in blood pressure. Staff are slower than a dead snail. Waited 40 fcuking minutes while the same people were coddled (dumb customers!) since I arrived. 3 reps and 3 customers served in 40 minutes. The DMV is faster! No recognition of your arrival so the guy who arrived AFTER I did, was served BEFORE I was. There wasnt enough seating (stupid cubes) for all the people being ignored/waiting. Staff has no idea how to multitask. The entrance to the (poorly designed) parking lot is horrible. The "entrance" off Harden Street is a 45* ramped driveway apron - usually blocked by a parked car. The other entrance is Blossom street - the same way the building faces and the true address (Not Harden Street). Once in the lot, there are a whopping 6 spaces. Wait, 2 of them block access to the Harden Street entrance. One is an unlabeled area next to a handicapped space - this infers that, it too, is a handicapped space. Now youre down to 3. One is taken by a staff car so now youre down to 2. And the guy in the penis-extension, jacked-up pickup truck took 1.25 spaces. So yah, find another store. You can TELL this store is in a borderline ghetto area based on how its run. Side note: 1) LG L90 (4G no LTE) phone is $50 @stores and on T-Mobile site. I know, I bought one. 2) ZTE MAX (4G LTE) @ $252, sells for $179 at Walmart in a blue "Family Plan" box. Same phone, use your Tsim and youre on your way. If the T-Mobile ppl tell you different, check them for drug use.

Phenomenal customer service. Ask for JC. Superb salesman. Really knows his stuff. Really listens to customer needs. Doesnt make you feel rushed out just another sale. Highly recommend store but would demand JC be the one that assists you.

Phones and other stuff are expensive here. Buying online would be cheaper. But you can play with the phones here.
