DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS LOCATION. I called two repair shops Cellular Repair (this location), and CPR Cell Phone Repair. I told them both that I had dropped my cell phone in water and that it was no longer coming on. Both repair shops quoted me $75, and CPR did mention something about additional parts and may be more. Anyway, I decided to try Cellular Repair b/c their website stated, and I quote “After we fully diagnostic your iPhone, iPad, Tablet, Smartphone, laptop or Desktop and determinate your water damage issue. We replace the parts affected in your device with OEM parts and returned fully functional to you.” Their website also stated quote “ Our certified technicians, have the experience and knowledge together to deliver a 100% satisfaction on any iPhone or smartphone. If we don’t successfully fix your phone, you dont have to pay us.” When I got there Jinoh Joo (Manager/CEO) was the only one there, and he said that my phone should be ready about 6:40 which was about an hour and a half from when I dropped my phone off. When I got there he said that there was an oily residue in my phone as well as water and I told him yes, this was from the dry rid that I read online I needed to use (FYI DON’T USE DRY RID). He advised that if I ever drop my phone in water again don’t use rice or dry rid take my phone directly to the repair shop. I said ok and he proceeded to tell me about my phone. He did show me a dark spot on my phone that was caused by the water damage and he also advised that my phone speaker no longer worked, and that I would have to use the speaker phone during calls. This was fine I use my Bluetooth anyway. Other than that he stated my phone was good. I paid him $75 plus tax which came out to be $80 took my phone and left. My phone was working fine and then later that night it started locking up and would not go to the home screen or shut down. The next morning it started flashing on and off. I took my phone back to the shop where I was told by Jinoh Joo “oh you had water damage there is no guarantee.” I told him this is not what you told me yesterday and I paid you b/c I you told me that my phone was fixed. Jinoh then went on to say that no company could guarantee full repair on a water damaged phone and that there was nothing else he could do. I told him that he couldn’t say what another company couldn’t do b/c I didn’t take my phone anywhere else I brought it to him. I told him b/c he stated he could fix my phone, and b/c of his online guarantee that my phone would be fixed or I didn’t have to pay I left my phone with him. In short this company does not stand by their word or their work so if you want to take a chance and bring your phone to them hopefully they actually do fix it b/c if they don’t you’ll be SOL!!

I want everyone with cell issues to come to cellular repair in rockhill . the man who helped me is named JINO (geno is the phonetic spelling ). this cat is awesome hes not a kid with minimal tech savy and questionable morals hes a pro technician that inspires confidence, and he fixed my phone and allowed me to be up and running again in minutes. great atmosphere and the service is second to none!!!!

Fixed my phone quickly, did a great job, and didnt cost me an arm and a leg. He was nice and actually found a hidden crack in the back glass of my phone and fixed it with out the up-charge. Was very nice and polite to work with! He didnt try to take advantage of a young girl in need! Will always come to him for repairs!

Jhon is not an experienced cellphone repair guy. He actually broke the phone we paid him to fix. When we brought it to his attention that the phone was broke and not fixed. He asked for more money to repair and pretended to not understand our clearly spoken English!!! Beware!!!!!

Dont go here if your screen is broken on your phone. I took my phone here. When I got my phone back my new screen wasnt all the way on. And he said there was nothing he could do.
