I recently was in this location and I would rate Cheryl a 10. But the other employees were absolutely clueless and lazy. Cheryl went over and beyond to make my family and I very satisfied customers. She skipped lunch and stayed late until the last 30 mins of the process. (She stayed an hour and half late) She asked another employee if could see the rest of the process through and he agreed to do so. Once she left and openly made the comment " I dont know why she asked me to see this through, because I have no idea how to do it." Really?! Later, I asked the same gentleman a different question, answer " I dont know the answer to that".... He never proceeded to try to find someone else to help. I then asked another young lady who worked there and I got the same answer "I dont know".. I waited about 3 or 4 mins to see if she was going to TRY to find out... Nothing... I then at a little higher tone of voice said "Well then I guess I will have to call customer service to see if someone there will help" that then prompted a different gentleman to come to the table... It just truly upsets me that they were all sitting around looking at their phones, goofing off and not helping the 1 of the whole 2 customers that were in the store. I couldnt be more thankful for Cheryl! Thank you for your patience, and excellent customer service! As for everyone else, you were useless and that doesnt seem to bother you. That is a problem.

Extremely rude customer service. I bought a high-end phone at this location several months ago, with a $50 rebate attached. Upon leaving the store, the phone didnt work at all, so I returned phone/rebate and received a replacement--also defective. After 11 return trips to get a working phone, I gave up and went to an AT&T corporate office, where I had to purchase another phone at full price--the rebate had expired. That corp office told me, since you are a franchise, to return the defective phone to you for a refund. When I did, I was accused of trying to get extra rebates (absurd since your store kept them all), became verbally abuse, and refused to give me a refund or return my rebate for the phone I had to keep. In the end, I had to pay full price for two phones--with only one SIM card between them and no rebate. Within days, even the corp phone (same model as from your store) started dropping calls. When I took it back, the salesperson cleaned out the small hole in the lower right side of the phone and it has worked perfectly ever since. He explained that some phones of that model had been found to have a bit of black debris left there during manufacturing. In 12 visits to your location, no one ever offered to find out if there was a problem with that model. No customer should have to endure the kind of abusive treatment I received in your store and the excessive cost to get a working phone.

I called about getting a replacement for my cell and had explained the things wrong with it and the guy "Carl" if thats his real name was rude, short and unfriendly. How these people get to work in customer service is beyond me. He also tried to say since I said I did not like my phone that there would be a $35.00 restocking fee for the replacement. I told him that there was something wrong with it and he said, "No, thats not what you said to me, you said you did not like it, if theres nothing wrong with it then the fee stands". I called AT&T to complain about this individual and they told me that the restocking fees do not exist. So basically he was trying to get me NOT to come in probably because he was lazy and wanted to go home. So basically the ground rules with AT&T are... Dont ever say you dropped your phone even if it was only two inches off the ground because that would void the warrante. Dont ever say that even a drop of water hit your phone because that would void your warante. Dont ever say that there are any dents or scratches on your phone because that would void your warante. Some of these things Ive discovered with past phones. They will use your words against you so once they start asking the trouble shooting questions, keep your mouth shut about anything that is normal wear and tear.

My fiance and I came in multiple times on 02/04/2017 to inquire about cellular service before setting up a new account with AT&T. After discussing plans and different options, we stopped by on 02/05/2017 to set up the new account with AT&T store representative Allisah D. Before commencing the new account, we specifically asked if the credit inquiry was "soft" or "hard." She replied quickly and confidently with, "It is a soft inquiry." On 02/09/2017, my fiances credit report reflected "hard inquiry" from AT&T. Before contacting a business litigation attorney for the false information provided by a corporate employee--which resulted in a negative impact on a credit score, after we specifically requested the information--I highly recommend AT&T remedy this situation promptly and professionally.

AT&T internet service kept increasing my rates without notifying me. The last time they did it I called up and told them I wanted to cancel my service becasue it has tripled in 2 years. They then told me they would give it to me for $21.00 a month for a year with no rate increases. The next month they increased it to $51.00 a month and when I called up they said that promotion is no longer available and I had to pay $51.00 a month, even though I was giving this plan less than a month earlier. I then told them I wanted to cancel my service that day. They didnt cancel it and kept charging me the $51.00 for another month. AT&T screws over its customers all the time.....becasue they feel they can get away with it.

After stopping by multiple times to ask questions about setting up a new plan, I came back on the next day to sign up. The sales associate, Allisah, mentioned that there is a mandatory credit check for new services. I asked if it was a soft or hard pull, and she immediately guaranteed that it was soft, so we proceeded. Upon checking my credit a few days later, I found a hard inquiry on my report from AT&T. This is beyond poor service--this is a harmful misrepresentation.

My experience is that each time Ive needed help be it with my wifes phone, and upgrade or a technical question the staff has been very helpful. Now mind you I REFUSE TO GO TO A FRANCHISE, they have extremely poor customer care capabilities and they are for the most part concerned with the sale only. The Oviedo store on red Bug Road has been the store I go to in Orlando and have always been treated with respect courtesy and the staff has been knowledgeable and efficient.

I arrived at 8:30pm on 10/28/2015 to this store being an ATT customer (the only one open until 9:00pm around the area). My phone wouldnt stay on for more than 3 minutes, so I wanted to get an upgrade and sign another 2 year contract with ATT. The rep told me it was too late and they couldnt do anything that day. Horrible customer service. I ended up porting to Verizon next door > they did have the time to work with me at 8:40pm.
