Matt and Kevin went above and beyond. Had a billing issue where my service was shut off and they did everything in their power to turn it back on. I originally came in just to use a store phone, but they undertook the job themselves. I was a diehard corporate store guy.. but i will definatly be coming back here

Terrible service. Tried sprint service for one week and we had no signal so we returned the phones. Now they wont return my $300 for weeks . I was told by the employee when I returned my phone that I would get my refund in 24-48 hours and that was a complete lie. Now it may take a month. Suck it sprint

We just moved our service to Sprint for the good signal and fast internet speeds. There is plenty of staff in this store and they helped us right away. We had some minor issues changing our current phones over and Chris W. went the extra mile to help us out. I highly recommend Chris and this store.

Went to sprint store today and the experience is always long. But today even though it was long, it didnt feel that way! The service representative Alexandria was fantastic!!! So patient, she knew the product and helped us out greatly. Thank you, Alex!!!!!
