Ive was in the store for 10 minutes. Not one person greeted. Or told me they would be with me in a few. Two employees were helping the same person and another employee was helping another couple. After over 20 minutes I left the store with my still broken phone. There is also no waiting area or seating. I had to lean by a glass counter of cell phones awkwardly waiting for acknowledgement.
