Went in looking for a new phone I had broke mine and was not happy. Erica the store manager greeted me as soon as I walked in. She helped me find a new device with a better grade screen and got me a special screen protector to double up so I dont brake it again. I was in and out quickly and she was super nice and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Do not waste your time with an "Authorized retailer" they know little to nothing about AT&T plans or devices. The AT&T store does not recognize them as a provider and anything you get from them you can only have serviced or returned at this exact location. The place is a joke of a business and I wish I could give it negative stars.
