Condescending staff... Alright, I am a senior on the dinosaur side. I usually dont go very far away from my abodes and I thought that my needs for a cellular phone went away dramatically when I retired... so I got rid of it. Of course, cellular phones are convenient and a large part of modern life (perhaps/probably too much of a part - my old fart side talking here...). Occasionally, I find myself in a situation when a cell phone would be very convenient to have... not very often. So, I decided to get an "el cheapo" telephone along with an "el cheapo" plan. I found out online that T-mobile was offering just that. As they have a store conveniently located within a couple of miles from my house, I went there. I explained what I was looking for. I was answered 4 times that it was not what I REALLY wanted. I wanted all the bells and whistles of the latest Iphone with unlimited texts and calls. A young girl even turned over to look at me as if I were Bigfoot... she was horrified ! So, I left and bought online exactly what I needed... a $25 telephone and a $5 monthly plan. Do I really need it ? I am not sure. I had it 3 weeks and only used it once to check it out. Hahahahahaha... My point is... dont go see these condescending people. They should be flipping burgers... it would at least keep their middle fingers occupied. Grumpy (but very smart) old man.

This store is beyond a doubt the worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to. My first visit the employee was unresponsive and rude. When I called the first time regarding the visit, the employee (Steven) was by far the rudest customer service employee I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. He would not let me get a word in and then HUNG UP on me. I called back asking for his name and employee id so I could call their corporate office and complain. His actual response was, "Dont worry about it, and calling corporate wont do anything." STAY AWAY. Go to a T-Mobile store that actually treats their customers the way youd be accustomed to with their company.

I give the staff at this store a 5 star review, however; the T-mobile experience itself has been horrible. I switched from my long time carrier because an independent salesperson promised that I would have service at my address and a great price! Not only did I not have service, I only had internet calling and my phone would drop my wireless every 5 minutes. Also, I didnt have service at most places that I travel for my job. Unfortunately I Have to return my phone because the price quoted me was not the price I got billed for either. Everyone at this store was extremely helpful, but T-mobile itself doesnt get good coverage unfortunately.

I hated this place with every being in my heart. The customer service was extremely rude to the point i was griped at by employees. I was owed a refund if a great amount. They told me I was not owed a refund however I was. It took 10 calls to customer service at T-Mobile and five trips into the T-Mobile store and 28 Days Later I finally got my refund. To made to feel belittled and stupid is an understatement. I am no longer a T-Mobile customer as a result and have not stepped foot in that store since.

The people who work at this location are always willing to help. Im the guy who always has problems and they make me feel like they really care about fixing them every time. I wish there were more people willing to give this kind of service.
