I came in tonight in a panic!! My cell phone charger fried my cell connection. The phone was dead and the only way to transfer contacts and PICTURES was to get it juice. A nice fella asked to help and I started my manic need for help. THIS INCREDIBLE WOMAN took apart my phone and put my battery on a charging thing. I was able to come back at 7:40 pm get back to Verizon so they could transfer all of the info on my old phone. YOU ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE THIS AMAZING WOMAN WORKING FOR YOU!! I will always shop at your location and I will TELL EVERYONE HER WONDERFUL ACT OF KINDNESS. OH YEAH SHE CHARGED ME NOTHING FOR HER HELP!! INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Ive been to this store a couple of times for different types of batteries, and the customer service is always above and beyond what I expect. The other day my car battery died, by the time I was able to get a jump from my friend and make it to the story it was 5 minutes before closing. His name isnt on the receipt but I believe it was Brixton, he was super awesome and installed my car battery even though the store was about to close!!!! He could have easily allowed me to purchase the battery and not install it due my tardiness, but he installed the battery while having a great attitude!

While most places are able to repair home buttons on iPhones, this place apparently does not. I made an appointment to get my screen repaired, but my home button decided to quit on me right before I headed to the store. The customer service was horrible because they told me they can do nothing about it. Didnt even try to make an effort. Thanks for making my day worse.

Ordered a battery on-line to pick up at the store. Arrived the next day and took delivery of the battery. Got it home and found that it had not been charged up. Luckily I have a battery charger as the new battery was only at 40%. Poor customer service. Will not go back.

Quick & Easy. Ordered on line, batteries were waiting for me when I entered the store. This store has every battery imaginable. If they dont have, it hasnt been made.
