Bought the new Edge S7( loose pages constantly because of concave edge) and turned in my G5 and they didnt give me the charger for the phone only wall Plug, no cable the s5 cable is different completely. now a week later still arguing with them telling them pull video im not accepring this after buying this $$$. This is the wire cable they give me and argue with me trying to say its samsung duh special guy i dont work at tmobile and know its not the charger with the phone, guess what mr knows it all, galaxy puts their name on their charger, how about i take your job, REALLY GUY i want my phone charger your store stole or to return my new phone, so i can do business with a legitimate store, u guys took advantage because we had a baby screaming. Also learn about your products, this phone is horrible, oh yeah they couldnt say any differences about the phones, i had to look up the specs. Total rip off store, go to a store where people are actually trained and are selling to business not a teens walking through the mall.

The staff do not have a clue what they are doing or talking about. They only want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I bought a new phone with no intention of changing my plan. However when we talked to the sales rep she mentioned they had a promo going on that would be cheaper for us if we switched (less data but she explained we would be fine based on past bills)...long store short, when we got our next bill it was 20 dollars MORE expensive instead of less. And no, we didnt go over our data or have any overages (this was the base cost). Luckily when I called customer support and told them I was going to leave, they switched me back to my old plan (with more data) and credited our account for the previous months difference.

Terrible store! Staff is absolutely terrible and customer service is worse than any cellular store Ive ever been into! New employee Elaine is rude and disrespectful and has no customer service or personal skills whats so ever! She cant even stand and talk to you without having to walk away and yell at you from the other end of the store when NO ONE else is in the store. Save your time and stress and go to the T-Mobile store 5 minutes down the road in Winter Springs, it is definitely worth the extra time. Will never go to this T-Mobile store again and will DEFINITELY be calling corporate about their terrible behavior and the way it treats their customers.

There is no customer service unless you are buying a new phone. The assistant manager does nothing but hold a clip board. I stood for more than 20 minutes while he did nothing. I was told that my phone was bad from the get go. Paraphrasing.
