I go to this store for all my products but the young guy is unbelievably RUDE! I went in many months ago and bought a set up and everything needed. They set me up and they said to charge by the battery charger not by the piece. But after reading and doing research it says thats the cord to use and to charge. Well ok. The product tells me to do so. Recently went back and was asking a question about the coils and asked how we charged and I said how. Well the kid RUDELY from back of us says " We gave you the speech on why not to charge like that and you didnt listen and left without charger. " YUP correct! But I said "Can I ask why the company says to charge it that way?" And he jumped down my back giving me a huge attitude. And started to get loud and puff his chest at me. Umm no. This kid thinks he is Gods gift? I mean come on. You dont treat customers like there trash and be rude. He does it to many people. Ive watched a female walk out crying because of the nasty attitude he gives people. I followed her and asked whats wrong and he was VERY DISRESPECTFUL as I did hear him to! I think he needs to learn how to talk to people. This store says one thing and others say different and as a paying customers I have my right to do what I feel is right but I will not be disrespected by him. I know A LOT of people that feel the same about him.

Ive always had a great experience Ive been without cigarettes totally for about 7 months and I dont even know where to begin on how I feel in comparison now that I have been vaping I feel so much more energy and lower stress levels in comparison and on top of that anytime I come in I can sit down and vape take my time in what I want to get they dont rush you into buying anything but they want to make sure you can get every thing you need I even watched a girl newer to vaping having problems with their mechmod and wanted to get a box mod not only did they go out of their way helping her learn how to use the new mod she wanted letting her know only charge the batteries on a charger and not in the vape because over time you can damage the mod from charging it with the cable which can overload the circuit board if done too many times but also when they realized she didnt have enough money to buy the batteries Needing 2 that were matching (married set "always together") the employee helping her took out his personal stuff and gave her a married set he just bought the other day No matter what anyone says i am always going to be a customer aslong as I vape my favorite store to go to and I always look forward to going each week to maybe try something entirely new Thank you vaporreti -Christian

This place is awesome, check it out. Ive been smoking for years now and debated switching over to E-Cigs I seen this place a few times near my work and was on edge about going in. I finally did and I am so happy I did. I bought an Aspire Premier kit and it is SO worth the money. The staff is friendly and professional. When they sold me my kit they spent some time going over everything, showing me how to use it, and answer any questions I had. Later that day I was having some problems so I went back in and they helped me fix it. The level of service is outstanding and the juices are phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend this store great staff and great service. Also check our the Aspire Premier Kit I am loving it.

I went into vaporetti not knowing anything about vaping. The guy that works there sat down with me and explained everything to me. I didnt quite understand everything and had a few questions, but he explained it to me again until I understood. He had extreme patience with me and wanted to make sure I knew how everything worked. I was able to try a bunch of juices and found one that I liked. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything extra so an employee could earn commission, I also didnt feel rushed to get me out of there after I payed. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stop smoking cigarettes. Thank you Vaporetti!!

I literally couldn’t say enough good things about Vaporetti. I was a little intimidated because i did not know very much about how it all worked. They had extreme patience with me and walked me through the entire process. Even though they had other people that came in after me, I wasn’t left behind even after I told them I might not make a purchase today. I didn’t feel like they were trying to make money off me, I actually felt like they were trying to help me. It has been a week since i have smoked a cigarette and I couldn’t have been happier that i chose to go here. Thank you everyone, I will be back in soon to get juice.

I highly recommend Vaporetti ! I live minutes from a vape shop but travel over a half hour for the awesome deals and amazing customer service. The first time i walked into the store i had never used a vape before. The owners Lisa and Dave are super helpful and you can tell they enjoy what they do. The manager Erich was knowledgeable and able to help set me up with the perfect girly mod of my dreams. It was a pleasure to have him assist me. Also, the other dave that works there was helpful when it came time to help me find the perfect juice to fit my needs.

I love this store soo much!! I pass about 4 vape shops on my way here and dont even think twice about stopping!!! Im addicted to their house made juices! Aloha Punch and Blue Fluff are incredible! The staff here treats EVERYONE like family! They remember my favorite juices, the level of nic I use and even what coil my tank uses!! All of the staff are extremely attentive and down to earth! Those bad reviews CANT BE the right store!!! Theyre always nice to EVERY customer Ive ever seen walk in there!

The people that work there are awesome but they dont let u test out the e-juice ...on top of that they charge 25cents just to smell the e-juice...Ive never been to a vape shop that doesnt let u test the product before you buy...but anyways I still went ahead and bought some e-juice from there just cause the staff was so nice but then I get home and try it out and its garbage....I would never go to that place again cause now am stuck with some e-juice that I dont like

You walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming! Sam is usually behind the counter. Shes great. Helpful, whether its your 1st time in, or your 100th. The best homemade juices out of any vape shop around. If you purchase Any new Mod, they open it up. Walk you through the process. They make sure you know how to use the Mod before you leave their store. All around the best place all things vape!!
