Very worst place to represent Microsoft store here. Manager Amanda is very rude to the people. She acts too smart. I bought a Dell laptop over there and paid full insurance to it. When it cracked it paid deductible amount to claim the laptop. But they told they dont have the same laptop and they will upgrade to the next generation. Initially I refused to accept but later on manager convinced me. I was not happy with the laptop and I realized to get the old one in 2 days but the staff told me that they will be getting the same laptop in next week. I visited the store multiple times in the same week. At last when they got the device they told they will not be able to exchange the laptop. It was very idiotic behavior with Microsoft staff in Rocking-ham Mall. They are asking $20 money to exchange the laptop. If not they are saying they dont give warranty itseems. If this is the case I dont understand difference between e-bay and Microsoft. Shame on Microsoft.

The worst experience I have had at this store. The customer service is worst. I purchased 4 Surface Books and paid $6500.00 and I was promised that I will get 2 sleeves with the bundles I purchased and paid almost $600.00 for the 2 bundles. As of today it has been almost 2 weeks and I have left several messages at the store and nobody has ever contacted me or called me. And the worst thing is when you try to call the store it will be hours before somebody picks up and when I tried to call the customer service for Microsoft I have been getting nothing but just run around transferring calls from one person to another person, and giving me different numbers to call.

Bait and Switch. The online store said a specific laptop was at Rockingham Park but nobody would answer the phone to confirm, so it was a 3 hour round-trip drive to find that what we wanted did not exist there. Its inexcusable in this world of JIT marketing to be unable to define stock therefore I must assume its simply bait-and-switch. The store is bright and clean staffed by young folk who for the most part really did not seem to want to be helpful except for one fella that gets a thumbs up. Microsoft Store on resellerratigs has an awful score so I was too leery to buy anything but the specific laptop that I wanted.

I have purchased many devices from various stores over the years and have never received the level of customer service that this Microsoft store provides. In the past year I have had to return my Surface Pro 3 twice for screen problem ( bumps and bruises) caused by me. Both times, I walked in sat down, showed them the problem and within 10 minutes I had a brand new replacement machine. Of course, I had purchased the warranty...but I didnt get one ounce of BS, just great service. Keep it up Microsoft!

Ive purchased several computers here for myself, friends and family. The staff are very friendly and there usually isnt a wait to see someone. A bonus of buying a computer from the Microsoft Store is it comes with the "Signature Edition" of Windows which means it will be free from any adware, trials, branding and junk computers come with from other retailers. They frequently run promotions so if youre not extremely picky about the computer youre buying deals can be had.

Great experience there. The salespeople really listened and Immediately got me to a tech who handled all the steps to fix my problem, The store manager stopped three different times to check in on how I was doing. An amazing performance in my book. I really appreciate their effort. Highly recommended for their personal touch and amazing patience. Thank you so much.

Yes it is just another Microsoft store, but the cool thing about this store are the employees. They are there to truly help you in any way that they can, they even offer you free drinks if they are feeling nice. Definitely recommend you to try it out, as employees are not harassing you unlike many other electronic stores.

Everytime I stop by the Rockingham Mall I stop at this store. I consider myself a pretty big tech guy and already know about all of the products. Associates are never pushy, instead they just geek out with me. I recommend this place for computer and other tech shopping for sure.

After a disastrous auto -upgrade to Windows 10 from 7, I tried for weeks to correct the issue but it just kept getting worse. I reluctantly went to the Microsoft Store to see if they could help. I was pleasantly surprised. They fixed my laptop to better than new.
