Something fishy going on within the apple store. We reserved couple unlocked iphone 4s online yesterday. When we went to the store today to pick up our iphone 4s. The manager told us the system had a problem and they didnt have any unlocked ones in stock. After we came back home. Someone called us and let us know that the store is selling the unlocked iphones to someone else, who came to the apple store everyday and purchase hundreds to even thousands of iphone 4s. Im shocked by what I heard. I immediately called the apple store manager and asked whats going on. The manager, Stephanie, initially still tried to lie to me saying they dont have any unlocked iphones in stock. After I told her the apple store was selling the unlocked ones right now. She "explained" to me the customer was buying the unlocked iphones from the day before yesterdays reservation. Per apples policy, all reservations were automatically cancelled if not picked up on time. What a lier! We have tried for the past couple weeks and were unable to reserve or purchase a single iphone 4s from the store. But someone is able to purchase hundreds or even thousands without any reservation everyday. I personally believe theres something fishy going on within the apple store. The manager(s) might get something from selling large quantity of iphones to someone she/they related or familiar with. Cannot believe a respectful company like apple will do something like this. What a shame!

Have to give it 1 star but they deserve zero stars and they are lucky you cant give negative stars. A few weeks ago my wife went up to the Salem NH store to upgrade our daughterss iPhone (we are on the iPhone upgrade program). The associate mis-entered my wifes SSN which caused the order to fail and the associate said she would have to come back in a week or so after they sort it out. So my wife treks up there again (half hour ride from our house) today and they go through the whole thing again and now they cant communicate with T-Mobile for some reason. The manager is useless and refuses to help. The useless associate has my wife crying thinking it is her fault. Ignorant, lazy - minimum wage snobs charging triple what the da*& phones are worth and they cant even get an upgrade correct after two tries. My wife is furious she is wasting her time and gas. My daughter is crying. Terrific customer support Apple. Your genius bar is staffed with people with IQs in the low 70s and your manager apparently has never taken any courses or instruction in customer service. You suck so badly my daughter says she wants to go look at Samsung phones. Long time Apple customer is about to tell you to screw. Your customer service is abysmal and your people are rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful. It is amazing that you have any repeat customers with how bad you treat us.

I assume Apple hired extra staff for the holidays because I was a bit taken aback by the way the staff behaved while I was in this store. I have been in numerous Apple stores along the East Coast including Manhattan and downtown Boston. I was shocked to see a young man "customizing" his Apple sales shirt with a hoodie and baggy pants-and were those headphones around his neck?! How anti-social and rude. He chose to wait until I had a pair of headphones on my head to ask me if I "had any questions", a phrase that is taboo in any retail environment. The guy was walking around like he owned the place and was totally out of character from what I have come to expect from prior experiences. A second sales associate, this one a girl, was unable to answer a basic question I had about the iPhone. I was very disappointed with my visit to this store but assume this display of uncharacteristic amateurishness was due to the stores need to staff up for the holiday rush. I intend to return to the store after the holidays and be welcome by staff members who have gone through Apples excellent training program. Dear Apple Store Salem: Next year please tell your staff to leave the baggy pants, hoodies and headphones in the locker. Thank you!

Worst apple store experience I have ever had. Awful service and horrible attitude. Before I visited, I called them to make sure the iPhone and iPad I want are in stock. After got a yes and let me walk in to buy, I went there. But when I arrived, the staff told me I cannot just walk in and buy an iPhone at all. So I told him I called to confirm and wanted to tell what I did before coming in. He interrupted me several times rudely and kept saying I was talking to a machine and it cannot tell me the availability. Actually I talked to a representative and I said why dont I call your store number now to see who I will be talking to and whether she/he will give me the availability info. Just after the call was connected, he said stop it and he wont do that with me and asked his manager to serve me instead. The manager did nothing but let me make a online purchase in the store and let me come back to pick up the items after I got email notification in 1 to 24 hours. The explanation about the phone call I made she gave me was the representative doesnt know the rules in this store. Definitely wont visit again.

I visited Apples Retail Store in the Rockingham Park Mall to purchase a new macintosh computer and my experience was excellent! After arriving at the Rockingham Apple Store, I was met by a very attractive retail store sales person that was very knowledgeable about the new Apple iMac. Having purchased other Macs in the past, I didnt need to be sold on the quality, Snow Leopard, iLife 11 or any of Apple Pro Tools or any technology help but the salesperson really wanted to help me get this iMac at the best possible price. After showing my employee badge which I happened to have on my belt, it landed me with a total of 17.8% off this brand new Apple Computer as I received 11% off from the Employer discount and 6.8% off due to not having to pay State sales tax! This resulted in a discount of over $300 off the $1799.99 retail price, better than Amazon, or any web price. I found out Apple have a list of over 5 hundred corporate customer discounts available so please check if your company is on the list!

This was the worst day ever because of Apple. First, they told us we would have about an hour to wait and then an hour for the repair of the iPhone screen. Didnt get a text to be seen for 1.5 hours. Then the technician took the phone and said the repair would be 1 hour 20 minutes (not what they said before). We gave him an alternative number to text or call in case it was done early or anything. 1 hour 20 later, we went back and they hadnt fixed it because it was a third party screen, which we didnt realize even though we told them it was a used phone. They obviously figured this out early on but couldnt bother to text or call. We wasted 3 hours waiting for them to fix a phone they didnt fix. And then we complained and explained this and the woman helping us was the most unapologetic Ive ever seen. So we went down the mall to a third party guy who fixes screens and he did it in 20 mins.
