Best buy is always my point of purchase when it comes to tech gadgets. I know I can go direct to Phone carrier or even the manufacture but Best Buy has had my business for over 10 years now. My last transaction lacked of customer service and agility but we dealt with it as we all know how hard it is to have employees do their best at all times. Biggest disappointment was to come home and find out the merchandise brought home was not the one requested. Went back 3 days later for exchange to find out there was a $200 price diff. Another disappointment. Mobile dept. was not as helpful as expected (except for Tyler who took great care of my wife but had to leave as his shift came to and end and I was miles away therefore not being able to meet him) but once I got to customer service Marc was exceptional at listening and helping us with what we needed and when he could not make the decision he was very prompt in asking for the store manager (Ashley if I am not mistaken) to come and help us out who within minutes took care of us and who introduced us to Arden (not sure of spelling) who guided us in our purchase to make sure this time we got the right items. These 3 employees were crucial in making us happy and retaining us as Loyal customer. Thank you!

What a great buying Experience I had at your Saugus, Ma store .I purchased a dell computer system.My sales associate had great tech knowledge and experience,answered all my questions, and helped me pick out a system that was perfect for me! I hate this place. I have been calling for two days trying to speak to someone and it is some how always busy. I cannot believe that this place has that many phone calls. I called in the morning 4 people ahead of me....I called in the afternoon, and in the evening same story. I even waited twice for over a half hour and still no help....forget this place.

Horrible experience. Dont ever buy any mobiles from this store. Go to another best buy store where they have permissions to upgrade your connections successfully. Here, some how or the other they will screw your upgrade eligibility and you have to run behind them for DAYS to get your upgrade done properly. DONT EVER GO TO THIS STORE.

I ordered an item online, got email 30 minutes later saying it was ready to pick up. Go to the store, went to the pickup area, and it was ready for pickup there and marked with my name. What a great experience and the quickest way possible I know to get an item. Research it online, pick it up at the store.

At microcenter you cant do 2 minutes without seen someone to help you. But at this bestbuy and the one in Everett, i spent like 30 mn in each store and the employees were just looking at me like i was not existing. I just bought what i wanted online at amazon and wont ever go at any bestbuy anymore.
