I am only going to put one star because I have to. That being said I cannot believe that the people who are in charge there have a job? I have been in business for many years and if I ran my business as the Salem NH does I would be out of business. #1 Clearly there is no real training in customer service! #2 Theyre only concern is to make a sale. Well thats all well and good but when you are only interested in numbers and not return customers then its obvious that you at upper management are not doing your job. I will continue to make sure that I speak to each and every person about why you should not do business with Staples Salem NH. I am not sure how much you want me to belittle your store but I will be posting more and more on every open network I can. ( FYI Corporate I strongly suggest you get in there and fix this problem) Again to anyone who Sees this do not conduct any business with this store.!!!!!! Very unprofessional and uneducated on customer service.!!!!!!

horrible, very unprofessional they just want your purchase then they turn there back. I would suggest if you purchase a phone you have 15 days to return it. I took my phone back after twelve days after it formed up and stopped working. Christina instead of returning the phone like I asked to do, she told me she would get it repaired in a day or two. I was informed a weeks after I gave her the phone to come and get your phone and that I waited to long to return it,and I have to ship the phone back to Samsung. I was informed by Christina that it wasnt staples problem after 15 days. and that it was my problem. I feel that I was taken for a ride not realizing that I only had 15 days to return the phone to staples.I went into the store at twelve days and was put off until after 15 days. I spent $700 one the phone. I also spoke to the store manager Ryan and he didnt,seem to care about anything bad reviews, returning the phone.

Dont understand any customer service comments less than EXCELLENT! Christina was our rep and she went above and beyond to remedy our Verizon situation. She was so helpful, I took my sister-in-law there for her to switch to Staples. Was working with another newer employee when Christina approached us to help with the problem. She saved us a lot of money by purchasing from Staples and not Verizon direct. We are grateful and impressed. She was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Try going there again and ask for Christina or Eddie.

People at the printing are very rude. I asked about making copies with a USB and the women states "youll have to use the machines we are very busy". I should have know. I made $50 in color copies and then she tells me that Id have to pick up what I needed done the next day. I went to FedEx and had what I needed done in 10 minutes. Miserable people at staples. They need some management

Their service is disgusting. The general manager couldnt print a document two to a page. Told me that would be an editing fee or I needed to bring in the document formatted that way. I worked for the copy center, its an extra click in the print menu. He told me I would need to wait 30 minutes for someone to come back to lunch. What a terrible service. Do not bother with this store.

Im the kinda guy who doesnt need customer service. I go in, I walk around. I find what I need. If I dont I go somewhere else. Staples is great for people like me. If you want tech repair, printing or price matching. There are other stores and sites. This is a great get in get out kinda place

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Went in to get one color copy, and before saying hello, a very rude staff member took some steam out on me about being "too busy to even think about helping" me. Walked out, never to return again. Doesnt customer service exist anymore?

They only had the 50 pack of blank CDs in stock all other sizes from 4cds to 35 were all sold out. Thats annoying. Get enough inventory for your store. And the hours r wrong on google and when u call this staples itself during the holidays its open until 9pm on Sunday

If you should have to call the Staples in Salem, NH, expect to stay in the que for an HOUR before anyone picks up, and then they put you on hold. After this happening twice, I just hung up. Very poor customer service.
