No one answers the phone in this store, and getting someone to answer your question online is even worse. Ordered something from Best Buy online to get shipped to the store (which I will discourage anyone from doing) they estimated 6 days, which seemed like a lot but I figured it would most likely get it sooner. Not the case, it has been six days and I have no idea where my order is. Their online order status is a joke, it just tells you when you purchased it & nothing about delivery or anything like that. I did get an e mail 3 days ago stating that my order is almost ready! but said to wait until I was contacted again to go pick it up. Why send me that if another 3 days are going to pass? 3 days is usually that is the entire time it takes to ship something from coast to coast. No one will answer the phone at the store to even tell me if it is there or not. I e mailed them to get an answer, and I got an automated response that it may take up to 72 hours to get a real reply. I called their main number, got transferred to appropriate department, in which a recording told me the call volume was too high, and to call back - and then disconnected me. I will never order from Best Buy ever again.

DO NOT GET A WARRANTY WITH BEST BUY. This is the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. First they screw up my replacement part for my Apple computer with the wrong part. Then they refuse to over night me the right part, so I wait another week. Then after 2 weeks without a computer, and dealing with 888bestbuy for over an hour to get it right. They send me half of an Apple power adapter and half of a white extension cord that isnt even an Apple product. So I immediately take whatever that is to Best Buy and they replace it. Next I find out that UPS is trying to pick up the original cord they sent that was wrong and the company 888bestbuy hasnt even sent me the return shipping label yet. So I call the idiots again and am on the phone for an hour trying to get a return shipping label. Issue still not resolved.

Buyers be aware if you use your rewards card for purchases you make at best buy and say you dont like the product and you bring back items for your money back say you bring back 6 or more items you werent satisfied with well that rewards card keeps a track of what YOU buy when you bought IT AND WHEN YOU BROUGHT THE UNSATISFIED ITEM BACK so basically if that happens those many times with in that 1 year period you can not get you money back weather its an unopened item or an item you did not like.. SO I SAY TO THE BUYER NEVER USE YOUR REWARDS CARD ITS A TRAP ALLWAYS BUY WITH CASH SO YOU WONT RUN INTO PROMBLEMS IF YOU DONT LIKE THE ITEM AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK NO PROMBLEM!

Dont purchase a remote starter from Best Buy! I am having problems with my remote starter which I paid over $500 for and they are telling me to contact Viper, and Viper is telling me to contact the installer. I have been at the store many times and I tried again this past weekend and nobody even bothered to take my keys from my hand and actually go to my car to see what the problem was. I cant lock my car doors because all my remote does is beep and beep and beep and wont open the door -- makes for a fun time when its raining out! I wish I had gone to the local guy and bought the $199 starter like I did on my other car which is still working 9 years later.

Anti-consumer prices, actions, and terrible customer support. Ive had pricing issues here multiple times, where I was charged one thing and they refuse to roll the price back to the advertised amount. Items also tend to be marked 100-400% higher than what other companies determine to be a "fair price", so always check with Amazon to see if youre paying way too much. Customer service also has no clue what theyre doing - Ive been directed to "come back to the store" several times, only to be turned away and told to call either their support center, or that of an other company. I refuse to give Best Buy, and especially this location, my business.

The bestbuy in N Dartmouth has nothing on the one in Seekonk. The personal working at the Seekonk location actually know what their are doing, and if they dont, they will find someone that does. I have spent many of thousands of dollars at bestbuy in N Dartmouth and I just spent almost 400.00 dollars yesterday that I will be bringing back today or tomorrow, because of lack of knowledge, or just plain laziness. Do not tell me this is the best product or that it is what I need, when you have no clue. I dont want to bunch EVERYONE in together at the N Dartmouth location. Their are a few good ones.....

This Best Buy, like most of the others, is a complete disaster. The customer service could not be worse. Every single time I have been visited theres no one to help--at least no one who is knowledgeable. And of those rare times I do get someone they NEVER know squat about the product. I once asked one of them a question about a tablet. He said, "I dont like that one." When I asked him why, he said, "I dont like it"..and that was it! I can see if Im at Walmart, but electronics is what they do! Hello??And then they wonder why theyre known as Amazons showroom.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is slow and unhelpful. Geek Squad service was slow, overly expensive and overall poor. Calling to get any information will lead to at least 30 minutes on hold and a couple of hang ups on you. Service in the store was also horrible. Why make people schedule appointments if you are just going to have them wait 30-60 minutes? Every employee I spoke with told me a different problem (and price). I had already paid for a Geek Squad service protection and they charged me over $100 for a basic repair.

They give you the typical hard sell on their extended warranty cash machine but when it comes time to use it, you cant get through the phone lines. Computers are pre-installed with worthless software and bumped up $100 in price. You would think that ordering online for in-store pickup would be fast. They email you that your order is ready then when go to pick it up, you stand in the customer service line for 30min only to find out your order hasnt even been pulled. Worthless company!!

Was recently in the market for a new dishwasher. Thought Id give Best Buy a try for this large purchase. Arrived at the store and waited around the appliance section for a good 20 minutes actively looking for an associate to help with this purchase but received not so much as a glance from an employee. Maybe a portion of their employees pay should be commission based like it was back in the day. Maybe then there would be some effort put forth in helping their customers.
