I would have rated this 0 stars but it is not an option. My mother brought her PC in for a tune up and they tech broke it. The manager Adam hung up on me and basically told me we were lying and stupid. He did admit that standard procedure is to turn on the PC and show the customer it works before they leave the store which they did not. I called Corporate Office and Michael Swinnen who is manager of Bad Customer Service told me he would not tell me the name of his boss, he is sure I am wrong and he is right and he could care less about anything else. As a business manager I provide over $400 weekly in office supply costs to Staples (I mean I did) now it is for sure going to Office Depot. These people have no manners what so ever, they have no skills, and DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR COMPUTER... THEY WILL BREAK IT AND CHARGE YOU FOR BREAKING IT!!!!! ADAM the Sales Manager is a extremely rude and Michael Swinnen in Corporate is just as bad.... I WILL PASS THIS ON TO BBB, LAWYER, and ALL SOCIAL MEDIA.... SPREAD THE TRUTH!!!

Do not use the copy and print center!!! Associates are dirty, mishandle documents, and fail to do their jobs with any accuracy or care. I have had professional level artwork damaged, repeatedly received products that did not meet the specifically dictated instructions, and was given non-existant file types when asking for different formats (employee re-named "file".tif when .tiff was requested). Not worth the time, money or aggrevation. When i called to complain, I was hung up on repeatedly. Went in and left a message for the manager, never got a call back. Now customer service has been rude and dismissive when I contacted them for help. About to go to the Better Business Bureau regarding this lack of professionalism and my stolen money (ie. Fake purchases).

Copy and print associate ruined a several hundred dollar piece of artwork putting oily fingerprints all over the image area. Different associate lied about scanning capabilities, butchered a scan on a dirty machine and instead of providing .TIFF files as requested, right clicked and renamed an empty file with the extension ".tif". Waited two weeks for a managers callback. Completely unacceptable behavior at all levels of staff. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The employees here are great and super helpful. I came to this Staples regularly to ship out stuff I sell online, and I utilize USPS flat rate prices. But apparently this Staples doesnt use the same pricing scale as USPS? My small flat rate box, which normally would be around $6 to ship flat rate at a postal office, cost me $9 at Staples. Pretty ridiculous business decision to be bumping up flat rate pricing. Ill no longer be shipping through Staples.

I brought my laptop too in this past Wednesday to be looked I told them in wouldnt boot. I was charged 160.00 just to look at it be told what I already knew. Then I wa d quoted 370.00 to fix it so I bought a new laptop. A day later a I get phone call with a completely different repair quote of 150.00 I am very disappointed.

My laptop got a virus and thanks to Staples tech who talked me into Sophos virus protection all I had to do was call Sophos and their tech cleaned out all the junk and there was a lot of it and I did not need to leave the house,he took online control and worked for about an hour on it,it now runs better than new.
