The two guys that helped me could not have been more friendly or helpful. They were determined to fix the problem I was having and went above and beyond to make sure my wireless adapter was fixed and working properly. They cleaned up my Surface Pro, told me what I needed and, more importantly, what I didnt need on it. I hadnt even asked about that but they looked, saw an issue and fixed it anyway. Their interest level in me as a customer and my computer was way beyond the usual experience. It was not scriped or forced. In my opinion, they truly care about the product and wanted their customer to have the best experience using it. Simply awesome!

I went here for a free LinkedIn class and the staff couldnt have been more welcoming and pleasant. Unfortunately eight people signed up for the class and I was the only one that showed. The instructor gave me some great pointers and they even took a complimentary photo for my profile. Lets just say I am not photogenic and thats perhaps why they didnt email me the photo. I will definitely go back for their upcoming classes because I think they can be beneficial.

I was upset because my new surface pro 4 wasnt charging. However, Shane met me at the door, heard my problem and responded quickly by giving me a new charger for free! I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks Microsoft for great service!!
