Mediocre prices, sketchy sales tactics, cant get in touch with the store. Im really disappointed because I used to shop at Best Buy frequently. However, on this last trip I tried to shop for a laptop that was on sale. We spoke with a representative, and told him we wanted to sleep on it. The next day we went in to buy the laptop, and it was over $100 more expensive. The store told us that the representative was supposed to tell us that the price would go up, because he knew the sales always end on the weekend. They refused to honor the price, but pressured me into buying the laptop anyway with the guarantee that if it happened to go on sale in the next month, and I happen to notice, I could get money back. I tried to call this store to complain to the manager, but spent almost an hour on hold before I went online to their facebook page to complain. There they told me that they dont allow customers to call into the stores any more, and that if I wanted service I needed to go back into the store. I will no longer be shopping at Best Buy, and I got a great deal on a laptop from the Microsoft Store.

My review was based on a few different experiences resulting in the same rating. My first and second experiences was when I was looking for a new TV. I walked around for 30-45 minutes on the second floor and in that time no one once spoke to me. There was also any gentlemen doing the same that day. This also happened a second time on a different day while after researching, I had two TVs in mind. Only when I went into the theater section did someone ask if I needed any help looking for something. Ultimately, I went to the Best Buy in Everett to buy my TV after I ordered it online. But I see a growing trend with the Best Buy franchise and the service is nonexistent. At this point, id rather stick with Amazon, Newegg or many other online retailers. Today, I called about an availability of a product and was told that they have it in stock. I get to the store, which was half a block away by the time I got through to someone only to find out its out of stock and has been out of stock since the store opened. What a waste.

Great associates, helpful but not always on station, I had to find them in some departments while other more popular departments those associates were always present and offering to be of service. I like to browse by myself and then once Ive decided on my purchases I call in an associate to settle my questions and then pay. However the layout and more importantly the display of items does not flow,there is no logic in where items are displayed, and some items appear to be put simply where there is open shelf space mixed in with other types of products. Haphazardly comes to mind. This made it difficult to find things easily, those smaller items. Even associates had to search the shelves. So just pack things out more logically. Otherwise I was happy with the service and my purchases, but not with the time wasted having to find items and to find associates in certain departments.

I went into Best Buy to buy a new, unlocked phone. I wasnt sure what type, but that I wanted it to be good quality and under $500. Both the Best Buy staff and the Samsung staff were absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Not only did they talk me through all my options, they even found me a massively discounted Samsung S6 Edge (my dream phone!), however the phone was in another branch. When they learned that I didnt have a car and would be leaving the country in a matter of days, they spent ages trying to find a way to get the phone to me. In the end, the store manager ended up picking up my phone for me on his way to work the following day. Once I got the phone, the Samsung rep helped me set it up with all the updates, unlock it, and transfer everything from my old phone. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service and care. Really exceptional.

Took TWO hours to purchase a DVD. Firstly, they said they didnt have any stock so they processed an online order for delivery. The sales guy didnt know how to process it and took half an hour or so. After receiving no confirmation emails/text after an hour, I went to confirm the status of my order in-store. They couldnt find my order for a very long time, and when they finally found my order, they printed out someone elses address and payment details (similar name to mine instead) thinking that was my details. Someone more skilled took over after an hour and immediately told me that not order was cancelled for some reason, and gave me a reserved copy for another customer. I paid for the DVD and left. But theres going to be another angry customer without their copy later.

I have been working on an appliance order with the best buy team at Cambridge for over a month now. Here I sit, one month later, with a half cancelled order that was refunded to giftcards that I dont even have in my possession. So Im out about $1200 worth of appliance orders that I have just not been able to get a hold of anyone to help me with. Every single time I place a call to the store I either a) get hung up on b) put on hold (out to pasture) and never picked back up. Literally every single interaction with this location and team has been abysmal. That includes the store manager Michael who continually made excuses when I spoke with him "I work with 4000 customers every day, I cant presume to know who you are or what your problem is".

On my way back from one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. I bought a 50 inch tv from them today and when I got home I unboxed it and to my dismay, found out the screen was completely smashed. I called them and they told me to bring it on in and they would take care of me. I had been reading about this online and expected to be questioned and turned down, but when I got there the blue shirts were so nice and let me know the packaging isnt really the best and that it probably wasnt my fault. They unboxed the new one and tested it and helped me get it into my ride! 5 star service!!

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Abdel helped me make a PS4 Slim purchase today. I has having trouble with payment processing and he offered offered a rewards option that lets me pay later. He even called customer service and spoke with them to expedite the registration. Literally a "Best Buy"!

Deceptive sales staff, deliveries much later than scheduled (their truck broke down? and then they apparently didnt reschedule the delivery even though they told us they had). Amazons customer service is better/prices are lower. There is no reason to ever buy anything from this location.

On top of the usual BB problem of high prices, fake discounts, and corporate misinformed staff, this store is also in poor shape. Its messy and looks like the customers have destroyed every display. All the smartwatches had been ripped into pieces, scratched, or otherwise broken.

I went to Best buy shop in Cambridgeside Galleria, i was so frustrated about the fax machine service. Finally a sales lady called Isabel who is so patient and kind. I know that she is going to leave her work. She still helped me for my problem. Thanks again.
