If you want a project done right, DO NOT use the Springfield Office Depot (19064). It is definitely worth your while to travel a little further to people that know what theyre doing. This particular Office Depot is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! I emailed an order after speaking to someone on the phone. I specifically asked them to contact me immediately if there were any issues with the file or printing. On my computer, the poster header came up distorted but looked fine on a different computer. But no, THIS store not only prints one distorted poster, but TWO!!! AAAAND RATHER THAN CONTACTING ME OR TRYING A REPRINT, THEY GAVE IT TO ME THAT WAY AND IT WAS A TIME SENSITIVE PROJECT!!! Any other Office Depot, with good / great customer service, would have done a sample run before providing a final product. And it wasnt just a regular poster either, it was adhered to foam board which is more expensive. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!!! REALLY!? I love Office Depot, but Springfield Office Depot really failed miserably here.

I REALLY LIKE TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR PRINTING. BUT I CANNOT SAY THAT MY EXPERIENCE THERE TODAY WAS ANYTHING THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I PRINTED COPIES OF COUPON FOR MY BUSINESS LEFT IT THERE OVERNIGHT. I PAID FOR MY ORDER WHICH WAS $21.00 AND SOME CENTS MY ORDER WAS SHORT OF THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR. I CALLED IN TO LET THE CASHIER KNOW THAT TOOK CARE OF ME HOWEVER; I RE-ODERED THE SAME AMOUNT OF COPIES THAT I DID ON MARCH 15TH 2017. ON MARCH 16TH I EXPECT TO PAY THE SAME AMOUNT FOR MY ITEM BUT MY PRICE WAS INCREASED TO $26.12 THE IGNORANT MAN THAT IS THERE THAT IS A CASHIER STARTED TO GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH ME ABOUT I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR ALL CUTS ON THE 15TH. NOW PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME AM I A MIND READER, AND THE LAST TIME I CHECKED! I DID NOT ASKED FOR ANY FAVORS. I PAID FOR MY ITEMS!!!. I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THAT THE PRICE FOR CUTTING PAPERS IS $4.00 EXTRA. I WOULD HAVE TOOK IT AND CUT THEM MYSELF WITH A SCISSORS. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT TIME PRINTING WITH THIS COMPANY SHAME ON YOU.

Customers were leaving because no o e was at the register. I saw at least 4 red shirt employees but no one offered to help. I was there because a previous phone call to someone who said he was a manager told me he would fix a defective stamp no charge. He would not give his name at that time. Today someone who said he was the manager refused to fix the stamp or give a refund. Its no wonder the store is empty of customers. I will go to Staples from now on and will NOT recommend this store.

Daughter and I went here to buy a tri-fold board for a school project. We found them quickly enough, and though we paid a bit more than expected it was exactly what we needed. Decent sized store, adequate selection of products, and easy checkout process (the store had hardly any other customers there at that time).

I always get excellent service from this store. Foster in the printing services department is superb. He helps me with whatever I need and always makes sure that I get the best result for the best price. Great place for printing services.

I hated it the employes are so rude and dont even help you out one time I came with my children and they were just sitting and the employes kept laughing at them for no reason! I will never ever go back it was horrible

They usually have what you need but the place has a run down feeling and the staff wont ever leave me alone. I often leave because I get asked if I need help way too many times. Just let me shop.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone; Jim, the big guy at the front register in front of the exit/entrance, is very dismissing and just wants you out as soon as you ask one question.

Wouldnt honor price of something that I had messages from corporate stating what price was supposed to be. Refused to do anything about it. No customer satisfaction at all.

The staff completely ignored me and I was the only person in the store. Also the store is a disorganized mess. Ill stick with shopping online.
