Went to drop off some packages and the staff was all too happy about not being able to do work because of a "system malfunction" which included not being able to weigh a simple package that had nothing to do with their system being down. Not to mention they were too lazy to write a "manual ticket" of confirmation that my packages were dropped off at their store. First and last time going into this place. This is why I prefer to avoid using FEDEX. All the stores in Delaware seem to be full of morons and I mean that. Compared to the abundance of UPS stores here in DE and customer service you get at the UPS stores its as though the FEDEX places have just given up on basic principles of customer service.

Every time I place an Online Order for High Quality Resolution Color Flyers & give them information on the time that I need those orders by, they are always ready when I get there! I always send my orders in a timely fashion the day I need them or a day ahead of time! We must have Patience & do things in a Timely Matter, because there will always be one or more people ahead of us!

This store helped me send an very important framed picture to a family member. They expertly wrapped and sent it. It arrived without a scratch. The shipping cost was very reasonable. Service was fantastic.
