I called yesterday to see if they had ink in stock for my printer. I spoke to a woman who had me hold while she checked. She told me that they had the ink in stock. Today I took a 20 minute drive there only to find out that they did not have the ink in stock. They offered to order it for me. Really! Why didnt the incompetent help figure this out yesterday. I wasted 40 minutes driving there and back for nothing. I could have ordered it online closer to home and had it in a day or two. I wouldnt go back there if there are other options.

The store looks like its about to have a going out of business sale. Its not fully stocked and there is always more than a few items at the front that are discounted for one reason or another.
