I dealt with Pat the center manager, after driving across town to print 1 page in color mind you "1" page and no one else in the store, he said he doesnt have time to do it. Nice job and thank you for wasting my time gas and money. I will go to staples next time where I know they have time regardless of how small or big the job is.

They did an excellent job with debinding and hole punching my heavy, expensive textbooks. Holding one page on the sofa or desk is a lot easier than manipulating a bulky textbook. Will, the assistant manager, is awesome. I am very pleased with the friendly, fast, and reliable service that I receive at FedEx Kinkos Springfield.

I have visited this office twice in 1 week and both times they were closed. First time they put a sign on the door that said theyd be back in 30 minutes, but I didnt know exactly when that 30 minute timer started. Second time I stopped by at 7:58 am and they were closed. Sign said they open at 7:30 am.

Another FedEx location rudely rejected doing a print job. I came here and the gentleman that assisted me very nicely explained the reason for the concern and still tried it. Fortunately it was successful; even if it had not been, I would come back to this location based on how professional they were.

They always do a great job, I use them all the time and Ryan especially does a great job serving the customer. Specifically I have had them print, pack and ship, we own an eBay business and print out things on occasion and we find this company to be a "how we can" kind of group. Thank you

This is a great FedEx Kinkos. Excellent print work and FedEx shipping. After several hundred shipments, often overseas, this branch has a 100% rate of success. Friendly. efficient staff makes shipping a pleasure. Bravo FedEx Wayne!
