Followup/Revision: Staples has really revamped the phone system - now Im able to call and be connected to the Copy & print and they do answer calls. Also once my work is done or if there is an issue with my order, I get a followup call to alert me of what is going on. This has been consistent and that is why Ive revised my review from 3 stars to 5. Ive never had a problem with print quality, whatever you need gets done. ........................................................ My Previous review below: Ive been ordering work on this Staples for the last 5-6 years and the quality of their work is great; their turn around on projects is really good too. One of their strongest points is their prices which are really good as compared to other nation wide stores like FedEx. The only gripe I have about them is their phone service. That is why I have given them 3 stars overall. When you call it is a real pain and you had better prepare to be aggravated! When asking for a transfer to copy and print Im normally kept on long holds, sometimes while waiting 3 or 4 minutes on the call someone may just hang back on you. And trust me you will never get a call back. I will tell you this, that is painful and it doesnt respect your time. I wish they would do something about this.

Wow very small job I can see now why staples going down , bad service ( I guess employers not happy with salary) I gave them two paper print 24*26 which one I can do my own , but cant coz little big size , but still takes 5 min to print out as I can see , so gave them order in Saturday morning and the tall guy gave me picking time at 6:30 when I cam 6:30 on Sunday day timing day we closed at 6:00( he dont even know timing) then I got called next day and they said they didnt get my email so job is not done even I have confirmation number as well Now is tusday cam 8:00 am gave them again same job , girl whos working today she is fast but by self , she gave me one hours to picked up , I cam after 3 hours and she said didnt get time yet and still waiting , I have no idea how long more I m gonna waite , but definitely not gonna come back

This is the worst Staples I have ever been to and I have been using staples stores from printing and office supplies in various parts of PA for a decade. They are massively understaffed as a result of what must be terrible management. There are always massive lines. They never have print orders done on time or correctly. The staff is rude and spiteful because there arent enough people to handle the work load. They consistently over charge me and mis-price items in the store. Take the extra 10 minutes and just drive over to the Staples in Springfield like I will from now on.

Less than super service. I asked for the, to spiral bind a book, in blue coil with clear from and back cover over the existing cover. I got back the book bound in black coil, with no clear protective cover. Hell, I even watched the guy write up the order. What happened in one hour, I have no idea. can I use the book? Of course. It will suffice but the oint is, they screwed up a simple order, and Ill never go there again. The Springfield Staples on 320 is so much better!

The service is lacking at best. The person who was to help me was "new" and did not know how thing should work and her manager walked away to go to lunch leaving the both of us without help. Luckily, I was still there when she returned and she said this will be a custom order and walked away AGAIN! They certainly dont have to worry about my services.

Terrible. The copy center is just terrible. I ordered 25 copies of something on orange cardstock. Got there. They couldnt find it. The found it it was white. Really?! Glad I paid the $5 rush fee to get it in time....

Employee ruined my photos when not paying attention to laminate process, talking w others & photos ended up w BUBBLES IN LAMINATE.WILL FIND OTHER PLACE TO DO MY BUSINESS.EMPLOYEEES NOT INTO CUSTOMER FIRST.
