Worst place to do business... I am a salesmen my self so of course I negotiated with the sales team at this store... After the final deal was made I end up with 40% off of all of the furniture, So I gave them half of the money on 3/16/2014 and told them I would bring them the other half Friday 3/21/2014 and the furniture was supposed to be delivered on Sunday 3/23/2014 But there seems to be some shady business going on because when I went to pay the remaining money I was told that my mattress was not going to be delivered and it would be in within 7 days so I agreed to wait and soon after that agreement I was told that my love seat is now unavailable, and wont be available and that they didnt know when it would be available or delivered.. So I also agreed to that because I thought that this was a good deal overall but it turned out not to be. Before leaving I was told that the Items that are not on back order will be delivered Sunday. Sunday comes around and half of the day goes by and no furniture so my wife decides to call to check on things and she was told that we are not on the delivery schedule for Sunday 3/23/2014 and she put me on the phone because there is some miscommunication somewhere, I take the phone and was told the same thing, I replayed our verbal conversation to him and he told me that he would have someone else call me. No such phone call happened so my wife decided to take a ride to the store to ask these questions in person, She was unhappy with the salesman and all management and after everything was told to get out of their store and given a refund for all money that was paid but now a week after I started paying for and ordered furniture I still dont have a bedroom set to sleep on no sofa or love seat no dinning room table no coffee table or end tables. THIS PLACE IS BAD BUSINESS

The furniture selections are good. My salesperson was very kind & informative. The only thing I have a problem with and why I will not give it 5 stars is the delivery. The delivery people were not friendly at all and they leave all the boxes on the front lawn to clean up. I have never in all of my experiences in having furniture delivered had to take care of the boxes myself. I wish I had asked the salesperson had I known I would not have ordered furniture from them. I would have been wiling to pay extra to have it removed. I think they should give the option at the time of sale.

We just purchased a dining room set from American Furniture and we had a great experience. This is my second big purchase from here, and I dealt with Charles both times. Charles is a pleasure to do business with, hes a very nice guy and he was able to help us out to keep everything within our budget. The have a lot of great items at reasonable prices. If youre looking for some furniture, give these guys a shot. Ask for Charles, and youll have a great experience.

Charles sold me a bed frame, assured me I wouldnt need a box spring and I could put my mattress right on top. Turns out that was a lie because There was nothing in the bed frame to hold a mattress or box spring. Had to go out and buy wood to jimmy rig something that can hold a mattress. The delivery guys were nice and set it up for me fine, but Charles doesnt care what he says so long as you buy it. Stay away from this store.

Went in there and I was greeted with a very helpful, nice and friendly salesperson who was willing to work with me to get the furniture I wanted. They do have a fabulous selection and prices are pretty low! Will be definitely going back to get more furniture from this place.

Good Prices,Good quality Purchased a reclining set from this place. Their prices was much cheaper than lazy boy next to it. They deliver it to me in 6 days. Very happy with the furniture quality. their delivery service is fair but could Be better.

Please dont buy here, till the time you buy the product they will support you. If you have any issue with the product after delivery, they will never support you....

What a MESS! If you are looking to clean up the furniture boxes/trash left all over your front lawn yourself, shop here. If not, shop elsewhere.
