Absolute worst experience in this store. I went in to find a rental agreement lease they had none where they were supposed to be. I really needed a lease agreement so I went to customer service I spoke to Aaron who his name tag said he had three years of service there I asked him if he had any more lease agreement forms I asked if you could check around for me he said if we had any it would be in aisle five I then replied to him that I was in aisle five I would appreciate it if He could help me find a lease agreement he said well if its not there you could look on top so I asked him if he could come and help me look maybe I just missed it he walked over there like he was miserable and upset I asked for help and he suggested me getting a contract or commercial lease then I replied and told him that I dont need a commercial lease or contract I just needed a rental agreement lease if they didnt have it thats fine Ill go somewhere else I saw something on clearance I want to check out so I walk to the only register that was open and associate with the name Stephanie was there until I walked up to the cash register to check out she walked away back to customer service to help another customer I am now sitting there waiting to be helped and checked out and nobody is paying attention to me then Aaron tells Stephanie you have someone at your register she replied with a really nasty attitude Im talking to someone so then Aaron proceeds to text on his phone at another register for a good two minutes before he decides he can open up that register and check me out as hes ringing me up he answers his cell phone and is like "yo what up bro I cant talk Im at work" but then still talks on the phone and doesnt even tell me how much my my things are he just wait for me to pay him I saw in the little screen the total I give him money and he proceeds to talk on the phone until I get my receipt and I leave absolutely unacceptable and completely rude those two store associates. I wont be back

Went in there yesterday for copies. The guy who helped us seemed more interested in his phone. Didnt catch his name... brown hair, very heavy. Then when he was printing our copies he had his phone up to the screen as if he was taking a photo. I asked him if he was taking a photo. He said no, but still continued to play with his phone. How am I to know he wasnt taking pictures of my attachments which could have been copyrighted. Or took a picture of my email address. Then there was a paper jam and a guy who Im assuming is the manager bc he was dressed differently. Older, white hair. He didnt even seem to care that his manager was right there, he still played with his phone. Horrible customer service. Otherwise my prints came out nicely.

I went to this staples yesterday, October 4, 2015. There were two staff members at the front, a younger woman and a middle-aged man. The woman clearly hated her job and looked at me like I was from Mars when I asked about buying a filing cabinet. The man was almost as irritable. The only saving grace was our interaction with a young man named Gavin. If management reads these, Gavin was awesome. He was friendly and helpful. The other two employees assured that we will definitely be visiting other Staples stores in the future.

Excellent technical support for my HP Photosmart Printer. Phoned Todd, a Technician, for help with fading print on a model out-of-warranty that has a printhead that cannot be removed. He suggested a home remedy that brought back clear printing. When I need a new printer, I will buy it at this store.

I needed to purchase an SSD for an upgrade so decided to stop here. I found a Kingston 120GB v300 SSD online for $59.99. Staples had it in stock for the low, low price of only $209.99. I dont know why people shop at this incredibly overpriced store. It is beyond me...

Poor customer service and an even worse final product. The store cannot make custom holiday cards, they cannot even scan a picture properly- see the images for yourself. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
