I had to mail a bunch of camping gear to six separate locations. I walked in, and not knowing where to start Tony was happy to help. Not only that, my experience can actually be categorized as the best customer service experience Ive had ever. Tony made his mission my mission. And he wasnt over the top about it, instead he was unassumingly thorough. While putting my items into packages, he prioritized tasks as others walked in and was able to help them as well. He told me I could leave and hed take care of it, he even called me when the task was complete to follow up. I can honestly say, the most outstanding customer service experience I have ever had... at FedEx shipping center. Was really my lucky day. Hah.

Jayson there is extremely helpful, went out of his way to make my ordering experience excellent and of good value. That said, some other staff undid some of his work to help me. Also, FedEx Office should always be a printing spot of convenience vice quality or value. Subpar printing capabilities in-house, for example, no full-bleed printing available at a reasonable price. Look elsewhere if you have time, but in a pinch, they get the job done of average quality and for a premium price.

Thank you so much for the excellent service tonight. My dad passed away and I needed to get some photos of him enlarged, quickly. Ann was helpful, quick, easy to work with and went out of her way to help me. Sometimes it really matter and this time, it really mattered to me. I am so greatful she was the exemplary employee and manager tonight. She is a true asset to this company!!! Sincerely

Rude. Just rude. May want to reconsider offering impolite unsolicited advice. If I had not been in a hurry I would have left and gone somewhere else. The only reason I gave them three stars I because while they were rude as heck they did their job.
