Friendly, Helpful, Fast, Organized, Reasonable! They did a small print job for me. The guy who helped me (who was maybe the owner--or, at least demonstrated that level of professionalism and care) was sweet and unflappable and very helpful. They werent going to get rich doing this, but they acted like they cared about my business anyway. Everyone working in the store was patient and friendly and professional. Ive had some terribly annoying, chaotic experiences just trying to get copies made in NYC at various times. This was the opposite of that. They have a good selection of basic office supplies too--fair prices. Strongly recommended--I will always use this business.

What a great place this is! Its like having your own office only they pay the rent. Super helpful always. They always let you know what they can do and if they cant do something, theyll try to help you out. Everyone is friendly, and whether you have a small job or a big one, theyre accommodating, efficient, accurate, and reasonably priced. If they tell you something will take two days, it takes two days. They also have a good understanding of what works and what doesnt so they can often give useful advice. And yes there are the cool little toys, cards and art supplies

The guys behind counter in the back are pretty rude. It doesnt seem like they can handle all the business. They dont give good customer service, ive had them throw packing tape at me as opposed to walking it over to me. They are impatient with answering shipping questions and short with you when you need to ship, copy or fax. Theyre definitely are not good with people, but maybe its a Brooklyn thing.

7AC is the BEST. There is no better print team out there. Win Komain is at the helm of an amazing staff. He is the most courteous and accommodating guy. I have been working with him and his staff for about 10 years, he exemplifies customer service. They are always speedy and efficient. I am extremely satisfied with 7th Avenue Copy and I recommend you use them for your printing and stationery needs!

Ive been to this place many times over the past three years, and while I cant say that they have stellar customer service... Ive never had any problems with rudeness, and found that they do a pretty solid job. They also have a nice selection of greeting cards and small unique gift items, candies, and art supplies.

You only go here if have to; receipt states return + exchange with receipt within 10 days but cashier states "that is only for merchandise " hmm thought everything in there sold was merchandise including pens. Either way one less place to spend my hard earned moneys. Avoiding from now on.

While a bit pricier than a local pharmacy, this store has an assortment of stationary and office supplies rivaling a big box store. They have a full service copy and binding center along with balloons, cards and small gifts for all occasions.

Visited while in Brooklyn last summer. Very nice little store, well-stocked with a lot of variety. I picked up an Apica CD-11 notebook which has become my favorite out of all the stationery I own. I miss this place!
