Purchased a $70.00 keyboard all the bells and whistles. Aprox a month goes by the letter q and v quit working so I take it in they beg for phone number and email for rewards but wont use it to find my purchase. Says receipt say 14 days. So folks dont shop here Staples here I come. Spoke to 3 people not one attempted to look for my purchase had credit card and rewards phone number didnt bother looking. Learn from my misstake.

1/18/16. I asked to speak with a manager on a price match. She was extremely rude and short. She didnt explain the price match policy to me either. Not helpful and not someone I want to shop with!
