Customer service is horrible!!!! Their is a girl in the shipping department who is very rude i dont know how i didnt drag across the counter. This is the second time shes been rude to me for no reason the other employees are nice and helpful. After i had box my items to be shipped out she tells me that i needed to pay for the box when i had a shipping label that was paid for. I ended up going 20 minutes away to the post office to ship out my items instead because she was nasty. I did call the manager but, he wasnt very helpful. I decided to call corporate because i felt like the manager wasnt going to do anything about it..Hopefully something gets done so that nobody else has to go through this experience.

Used to order from Staples all the time. The customer service is non-existent. I ordered several things for our office and they were never delivered. I called to inquire and they said they left us a voicemail about our items not being available. I check the VMs everyday. We never received a call. This is about the 5th time that this identical situation happened. Never get any results from customer service. Ive switched vendors. I also used to have an "account manager". I receive solicitation emails from her all the time, but every single time Ive ever emailed her, called her, or tried getting any kind of service, I never even received a response. Buyer beware.

No offense to anyone, but everyone who works there is an idiot from my point of view. I ask for a product and they cant even locate it on the shelf. The new store layout is confusing as states in the comments of others, and when I ask for help when navigating throughout the store, they always tell me "We cant send someone to help you" when there are five employees standing behind the tech and printing stations. The checkout is always loaded with people and they usually have only one employee on the register, and we get stuck in line ALL THE TIME...

the over the phone cutomer service was so bad. i just called and asked simple questionsabout pricing and phone activations and the man said "i dont know" an astounding amount of times in less then 3 minutes. Im upset. Up your game staples. Its not customer service if you dont attempt to help the customer. Saying "Ill shoot some people a text and ask, but your best option is to come in tomorrow" is not how you handle customers on the telephone...ask a manager!

We placed an order for our store and there was a small misunderstanding. The employees there were very professional and handled the situation right away. Things happen but we are very thankful for the way they handled it so quickly and professional. We will definitely keep giving our business to this staples!!!!!!!!

Extremely helpful customer service. Basically sat me down and talked about what I was looking for in a new laptop and service plan. Sometimes you can find an amazing sale or clearance item for cheap. Great location with many surrounding stores.

Wow! Trying to get some prints off a jump drive, very simple. You would think they were building baby respirators as long as that took. Try training your employees. Awful service will never return. Standing in office max now.
