I have been a customer of MetaTechnical for almost 10 years. I had used other computer services before and none can be compared to MetaTechnical. The staff is customer-focused, professional and reliable. I have been working with Davis Le, a dedicated, professional Lead technician, who is not only skilled, but flexible, trustworthy and above all, Davis listens attentively to the problem(s), and plans solutions that are timely and accurate. Davis and his team work well together with one focus, the customers. I would recommend MetaTechnical for remote and onsite computer services.

Love it there. They can fix *anything, and I always get a warm fuzzy feeling talking to the staff. Shawn is a monster. Like in Where the Wild Things Are, but crazier looking. He used to be my favorite, but I havent seen him there in a long time.
