I recently built a computer and all was fine until I tried loading the OS, Windows 7. It would reach a certain point and then all types of error codes and blue screens kept popping up. I tried researching every known issue concerning this, on line, but there was nothing that came remotely close to helping me out. I brought the computer over to Bob, at DelVal, and he looked at it on the spot. He was running into problems as well but said hed get to the bottom of it either that day or early the following day. He called later that same afternoon to keep me informed of his progress. He told me hed take the motherboard out of the case, power supply, and everything else to look at things individually. As it turned my wiring error caused burning out 2 power supplies and 2 cd/rom reader/writers which gave too much voltage to the cd/rom, and particularly the PSU. I would have never discovered my error in a million years thinking that all the outputs in the PS were the same. But, they put out 3 different amounts of voltage depending on what needs the power. LUCKILY, I didnt burn up the motherboard, CPU, or my very last PSU. So, hats off to an excellent repairman who found and repaired the problem and didnt rest until I was a happy customer. Bob is highly recommended!

So my computer is acting up. I do not want to lose my treasured pictures. Rob at DelVal PC not only got my stuff off my old computer *****He Fixed it Like New!!!!! Wasnt expecting that kind of service. Cost me less than a new PC and showed me how I could avoid the problem again. THANKS ROB!

Took in my comp after i tried to upgrade it myself and broke it somehow. Said hed have it ready by the next business day and he did. Went and picked up no fuss or hassle and he threw in a free cooling fan which was really cool of him. Would recommend DelVal PC for anyone having PC trouble.
