I brought my laptop in with a broken screen on Monday. He wasnt able to look at it until after I called in Friday. He said he had a long backlog. Thats reasonable, but I believe he could and should have told me that on Monday. Next Tuesday, I got the call that the laptop was ready. I went to pick it up the next morning. It was during posted business hours, but the store was closed with no posted explanation. Another customer was also waiting. Came back the next day and got it. Its working, but the cover has many new scratches on it. Also, theres a "PC Support" sticker by the track pad, which I am going to peel off now.

I found this place through a friend and I got to tell you Frank is the best .. solved all my issues and set my computer up exactly the way I needed it also helped me out with some malware issues and thoroughly explained what to stay away from and to ignore all windows and emails telling me .my computer needed fixing great Guy and his prices are "VERY REASONABLE " and his service is Quick .. Thank You Frank .. he also made a quick fix for me before he took off for the shore after I told him it could wait .. he was persistent that he could do it without a problem ..

You can call Frank from anywhere in the world for knowledgeable, professional help. He came to my rescue when I was desperate with a virus problem that wouldnt allow me to do anything. I had to email something right away and he was nice enough to take the time from his busy schedule to help me. He is fair and honest in a time where everyone wants everything yesterday! He really knows his business and I hope everyone supports a great small independent shop with great customer service support from Chris too.

Great neighborhood computer shop! Brought my laptop in for repair. Very friendly, knowledgeable young man asked me to describe my problem. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with it. I left the laptop there at the shop, only to get a phone call the next morning that it was complete and ready for pickup. Great service! Ive been to a lot of other places and this was the best experience Ive had fixing my computer. I will spread the word about this hidden gem. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, fair prices and very honest when advice is needed. Used their service three times for my laptop. I took my laptop to two local shops and they both advised that my laptop was not repairable and did not want to bother with it. However, PC Support Services never fails to disappoint and my laptop is anew again!! I believe this is the best place for any PC, computer and network needs. Already recommended this place to several friends!!

Have used the services of PC Support Services twice this year. In February I accidentally cracked the screen on my laptop computer. Today the computer screen was black and computer would not power on. In both situations, PC Support Services provided excellent service. The turnaround time in both cases was very fast. The price of both repairs was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very happy. I had issues with my desktop computer and dropped of my tower the Friday before Labor Day. The piece needed to fix my computer had to be ordered. Even with the holiday my computer was ready to go Tuesday night. With my wife being a teacher and the start of school the quickness that the work was done was very helpful. Needed help setting up my new laptop and left it with them on Monday and when I picked it up the next day, they had set me up with an alternative desktop so I could use it immediately without having to adjust to Windows 10! Great people to deal with and the price was very reasonable.

Power adapter for my laptop died, called this place up because it was closest, and he had a working universal adapter ready to go for the same price as what I can find online, and said that if it didnt work i could bring it back. Basically, everything as it should be.
