If you are looking for a computer repair shop that not only solves your technical problems, but is also affordable, then look no further. Mac & PC Wireless may be a small location, but I guarantee that if you travel from any part of New York to this place, you wont regret it. I really must give Mac & PC Wireless Five Stars for: (1) Friendly Customer Service, (2) Affordable Pricing, (3) Qualitative Business, (4) Prompt Repairs, and (5) Trustworthiness. The reason I went to Mac & PC Wireless was because the touchscreen feature on my Toshiba laptop became dysfunctional when a computer technician finished installing a new hard drive. After two failed attempts to repair the damage, I found Mac & PC Wireless online and, after reading several reviews, it was highly recommended. Within a few hours, Juver quickly completed a diagnostic, ordered the necessary parts, and accurately estimated the time it would take to return the computer. This was especially helpful since I heavily rely on my laptop throughout the day for work matters. I also believe customers will appreciate how Juver and his team will communicate with you throughout the day, via e-mail, to provide small updates on the status of your equipment. You can tell that they are passionate about the work that they do. I would recommend them to my family and friends. In summary, save on time, money, and energy by going to Mac & PC Wireless! They are the Best!

This place is great! I came in with a laptop with a busted display that I assumed would be too expensive to fix, mainly wanting to get the data off it. I had some ideas about what was wrong with it and the gentleman I spoke to was so confident and professional that I decided to ask him to run a diagnostic as well, to see if it was worth fixing. He promised he would have all that done within the next day and call me when it was ready for pickup. The next day he called me right on time! And also offered to fix what he explained was actually a very simple problem with a wire in the laptops case, as long as I was willing to pick it up later and pay for that repair. It was still a fair and reasonable price like all the services I had agreed to so far so I went for it. When I picked the laptop up the display was working, it was clean, and he had fixed an issue Id had with it for a long time where the battery pack fell out when it was picked up. He even explained what he did to fix the wire and how he made sure it would stay in place, which was very much appreciated. I came in with something Id been expecting to have to throw out and left with it in much better condition than before for a fair price, this was a great experience and Id recommend it to anyone! When you come to pay they dont accept cards so bring cash, its worth it for the quality of the repairs and the customer service.

동네에서 컴퓨터(맥북!!)랑 핸드폰 싸게 고치는 장소 발견!!! 친구가 알려줘서 왔는데 빠르게 고치고 가격도 잘해주고 궁금한거 다 물어보는데 친절하게 다 알려줌. 픽업도 내가 필요하다니깐 일요일날 바로 가져가게 해줬음. 양심있고 감동서비스해줘서 여기 글 남기네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 뉴욕 고치는 거 다 비싼데 여기 발견해서 완전 행복. 진심 강추! . I needed to change my mac book pros battery and hard drive. My friend highly recommended this place (Because He built new computer with parts my friend bought; very skilled) He did absolutely great job. Its not only done very fast and good price but also I picked up on even sunday night I needed which mean awesome service. He answered whatever I had questions, Very friendly. Im really appreciate! Exelente servicio , muy amable y sobretodo explican de una manera que uno comprenda el comcepto de la reparacion, algo tam simple como mi teclado no funcionava muy bien y era po jugo que le callo sin darme cuenta la reparacion no sali mas de 65 dollars ...el senor fue muy confidente en lo que me dijo despues de unos dias mi pc estava funcionando bien y limpo lo sucio de la pantall ...gracias senor juver

Ive actually never written a review before, but Juver was so amazing that I cant help myself. I brought in my MacBook pro, which had stopped functioning for some reason that morning. Juver took care of it that day, cleaned out the inside, increased my memory, and added new software. Its working better than ever, and only cost me $150! Working with a computer technician is a bit like working with a car mechanic. You really dont know whats going on under the hood, and so the experience is almost all about trust. Which is maybe the best thing about Juver. Hes trustworthy, straightforward, cheerful, reliable, and takes pride in his shop and his work. And his store has a funky new "genius bar" type installation at the front! I Honestly, I would give him six stars if I could and feel lucky to have him in the neighborhood.

After searching for a computer repair place on google and yelp for a week and a half straight I was immediately drawn to this place because of all the stellar reviews. The reviews dont do this store or the employees justice because they are amazing, communicative and invested in offering the best of their abilities and making the customer (me) happy. They fixed my computer and explained exactly what was wrong and some of the technical aspects of it. Aside from that I am so incredibly grateful to have met such kind and genuine people and I highly recommend that if you come across this place and you need your laptop/computer/etc fixed then you must choose Mac & PC Wireless because they are hands down the best!

OC Computers Corporation has been nothing but GREAT to me. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs service on their electronic products. The owner Juver is extremely nice and such a pleasant person. On top of that he knows his stuff. I had a serious computer emergency and he fixed my computer for me in a timely and fashionable manner. He did an incredible job on my computer and I didnt lose a thing. Thank you Juver for your excellent work and help. You are forever our computer technician. I have come here for computer repairs twice and I wouldnt think to go anywhere else! They are so friendly and someone is there practically anytime of day to help you! Each time I have been the final price for my repairs has been less than their original estimate and even though they have had to order the parts they always get it done very quickly! I once needed it rushed because I had lost my cellphone and they really helped me out by finishing the repair the same day they got the part, and they stayed until 9pm when could pick it up! Thank you OC Computers!!!
