My computer never ran so much better after bringing it to ACR. Greg did a wonderful job repairing it and was worth every dollar I was charged. It performs so much better now than it did when I purchased it back in 2012. What is so great is that I no longer have to put in my email address and p/w to get in. If I ever have any more issues with my PC Ill be sure to bring it to ACR. Anyone reading this review, I highly recommend this business for your needs-you will not be disappointed!

Really nice people, while couldnt help with my case: special hardware problem. Recommended me to send to DELL for repairing and offered me another place that could help immediately and told me it charged at least 200 dollars. The problem of my system is still working in progress in DELL for a few weeks and they have to offer me a refurbished machine to fix everything. Still wait for my laptop, and not sure about whether they could handle other types of hardware problems.

Greg is wonderful! He always answers my questions and fixes my problems in a timely manner without making me feel as if I am stupid, which I am, when it comes to computers. I was having a problem for 3 weeks with my computer and after calling Xfinity multiple times, I called Greg and he fixed it in a matter of minutes!!! His prices are also very reasonable.

Greg was able to diagnose a faulty charger very quickly and got me up and running. Since it was such an easy fix he gave me his card and said to come back sometime when I really needed help. Didnt charge me a cent, and made me a certain customer in the future. Thanks Affordable Computer Repair!!
