Took my slow early 2010 iMac in for a failing internal disk. He suggested replacing with solid state drive saying it would be faster. Wow! Was he right. Its like a whole new very, very fast computer. Its never worked better and boots in just seconds, everything is so fast! His prices are a bargain for the level of service and advice he provided. I was thinking of a new machine, but now I am more than happy with what I got and can see it serving well for years to come. He transferred 800 GB of my old disk to the new and every application worked. That was included in his already reasonable price, and saved me from a major migraine, I am sure. Whole experience just awesome with a smile.

THE BEST BUSINESSES IVE EVER DEALT WITH (Period). I am leaving the country and leaving this hemisphere for almost 3 weeks and my computer died right before I went. John Paul not only fixed my computer so well for a GREAT price, he also was in constant contact with me to ensure i was able to get my computer before my trip. He even came into the office at 9 PM on a sunday night especially to give me my computer. He also refused a $50 payment for going above and beyond. 10/10.

My MacBook wouldnt power up so I went to Apple , They informed me I had a Vintage machine and referred me to John Paul. I couldnt of had a better experience. A quick repair and a more knowledgable person of Macs you wont find anywhere !!! Owner John Paul looked over my MacBook, which I had dropped on the floor, and repaired it in no time with advice on what might happen to it in the future due to its "injury." Personable, friendly, quick, professional, and the price was right. Beats the Apple Store at the mall by a mile. I live in the area, but if I were to be away, I would ship it to Wilmington for repair.

Needed my MacBook Pro Computer fixed... went into the shop and was very impressed with John Paul, who quickly repaired my MacBook Pro, (while I waited) and and then examined a external USB drive for me, determined it needed to be formatted for Mac use, and reformatted it at no additional cost at no additional cost. Definitely a Mac repair shop that I will use again!

Always have a great experience here, wouldnt take the computer anywhere else for repair, advice or concerns. John Paul will be very upfront about whether he can do a repair, which I appreciate; some places will keep the computer and charge you just to say they couldnt fix it after all. This is the place to go for your computers support and service.

Purchased(best buy) a MacBook Pro 1yr and 1 month ago for my daughter who is a senior in high school. Started having issues with it and of course no extended warranty. Brought it in and it was repaired (new hard drive) in less than 24hrs and according to my daughter it is better than new. This place is the best for Mac repairs.

Had an older Mac fixed last year and he brought it back to life for my niece to use for school. John Paul does an amazing job and is truthful, which is a hard quality to find in some experts. Now that I know about this place I dont think I will ever pay for an extended Apple Care warranty again. Very reasonably priced, incredibly fast service, and the guy was really nice. A much better experience than going to the Apple store. Of course, the best part is that my 6 year old Macbook looks and works like new again!

One of my extensions was causing issues and had installed an adware. He helped me get rid of it. Took him a few minutes and did not charge me for it: "It wasnt broken". You know I am going back there when its broken; I owe him one and he is obviously an honest guy. Thank you!!!

Brought my boyfriends macbook here to get it prepared for taking the bar exam. SO glad we came here! The geek squad turned us away and the folks at the apple store were less than helpful. The expirence at The Mac Shop was painless and very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Great place to get your mac repaired. The staff is very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. They even have a loaner program while they fix your mac. Best of all their pricing is very reasonable.
