Mr. Bill is a kind man who get blessed blessing other by not charging then an arm or a leg. You will be satified every single time. Kehtron has upgraded my computers, retrieved data from dead hard drives, sold me laptops, and has ferreted out and solved the types of computer problems that seem as if they cannot be solved. I took my laptop in to the Kehtron on Concord Pike yesterday afternoon with a broken screen. They told me it would probably take a couple of days. They called this morning that it was ready! Good friendly service. Dont take advantage of the manager because he is nice. I have dealt with the store for over 10 years and had no issues at all but I have witnessed unfriendly customers coming to the store and making a stink over nothing or something they themselves did or did not understand.
