Little rant time: I honestly can not wait until the day comes when I get a new laptop. I have had this computer for almost three years and it has been more trouble for me then the other laptop. First, the power button sticks. Second, it likes to play games on me whenever Im writing something wether its a quick message to a friend or an essay. It always likes to move the cursor to wherever it wants to go. Another rant: I have went to CSR computer for the three years now. I wanted to see if he can make the power button unstick. To clear out my computer from viruses. That is just minor issues I have. Like I said in the first rant my computer. I said my computer likes to play games with me. It likes to move the computer cursor to wherever it wants to.so I went to go see if he can fix that, nope. Then I went to him for other stuff too. Three hundred (plus) dollars later. I can offically say that I am done with that place. Also I am done with walmart computers. Not to offend those who work at walmart. I just hate there computers. I would rate it lower but I cant!

This place hands down is the best place in the entire region to get your computer fixed. The guy who owns this is the best in the area. He rebooted our entire laptop for half the price of anyone else around. He installed windows 7 and six other amazing programs for free. Two months later our Computer was bumped and the drive got messed up. I took it to him and he fixed it for free. 100% satisfaction. Best shop around.

Absolute worst business ever. The owner, Conrad, made promises he did not keep at least 5 times, I paid him 30 dollars, and now my computer still isnt fixed after im pretty sure he installed a hacked version of windows. Never go here! Because you will just have to keep going back and giving him more money. Also when I confronted him on the phone for around the sixth time, he flipped out, yelled, and threatened me.

Couldnt rate it any lower. Had my laptop for SIX MONTHS without results and lots of excuses. Finally took it back without paying a cent and brought it somewhere else. Turns out the problem was something completely different than what CSR thought it was. Not only that, the company that did end up fixing my computer informed me of 2 missing pieces that apparently I didnt get back from CSR. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I have been sending my computers and everyone I know of to Conrad for years. The main thing I love about CSR is that customer loyalty matters to him. If you have been there before he remembers you,gives you a great discount for coming back and always fixes the problem professionally. I highly recommend him.
