Key points: Anthony fixed my problem in just a few days, was totally knowledgable in his field, he kept me in the loop regarding the whole repair process, and he was comfortable in my letting him make the choice in what particular replacement I got. Best of all, he even stayed after hours to allow me time to pick up my PC. Hes a wonderful man, and would recommend his services to anyone. I had been having a problem with my PC starting for about a year, and finally got around to having it repaired. I looked everywhere for possible places to take my computer, including a certain national repair chain, and also came across Uneek Computer Repairs. After reading the shining reviews left by others, I decided to give it a shot. I called early on a Monday morning and not more than 2 hours later walked in and met Anthony. My PC is a custom gaming rig and after describing the problem Id been having he immediately had 3 possible causes in mind he would check out. He told me hed get started on it and would call me the next day (Tuesday). When he called back that next day he informed me that a memory stick had been installed incorrectly and after fixing that problem my machine started up flawlessly. I told him that I had taken all the sticks out myself over the weekend in my own failed attempts in identifying the problem, and that it had been acting up long before then. He told me that he had my computer connected to his own power supply and that if the RAM was not the issue, the power supply was. He confirmed that, and called me again asking how I would like to proceed. I opted to give him free rein to find a good power supply for me. He then asked me if I needed the PC back quickly or if waiting for the part would be fine. I let him know, being as impatient as I am, that, if possible, he could have the new PSU overnighted and Id, of course, cover the cost. Wednesday came and went, but since the PSU was ordered so late in the afternoon on Tuesday, I assumed it was still traveling. When Thursday came, I called to check on things and Anthony apologized and told me the PSU had come in the day before, but he didnt have an opportunity to install it. I was totally fine with that. He let me know that he had the PSU hooked up and the computer was working again and he was just in the process of cleaning up the wiring. He told me he would give me a call that day if he was able to finish up, but otherwise would definitely have it all done on Friday. I knew he closes at 6pm and when 5:30 came around I made the assumption my computer wouldnt be ready and took a shower. Right as I was about to get out, Anthony called leaving a voicemail letting me know the work was done and that he would still be in the shop til 6:30. I called him back and let him know I got his message and would do my best to get over to pick it up ASAP and he told me hed stick around since I was coming to get it. Thankfully - its right down the street from where I live. It was already past 6:30 when I got there and he still stayed to talk me through everything he did and even answered some of my own unrelated questions for him. The price for everything was totally reasonable and exactly how much he told me it would be. Plus, his own cost completely beat even the nation-wide company I previously mentioned. He also allowed me to pay via PayPal in order to not worry about an additional charge for using a card! Over all Im completely satisfied with how well my computer is running again. I definitely plan to go back to him if I have any other problems down the road. Thank you, Anthony!

I have a stepson with special needs who just got a computer in December. He loves music and wanted to get things on his MP3 player from CDs and buy songs on iTunes. He was having problems doing this and I live over an hour away and couldnt help him. He was very frustrated and upset! I searched for help near his home and found U-neek Computer Repair. A weight of worry has been lifted! Anthony (the owner) listened to what was needed and sent his tech, Cole to meet with my stepson. I received a call from my stepson today saying how thrilled he was because Cole fixed the iTunes issue he was having and taught him how get music from CDs and iTunes on his MP3 player! Music is a big part of his world and now he can spend hours enjoying his newly learned skills of syncing, etc. thanks to Coles tutoring! I cant say enough great things about Mr. Latinos establishment. My situation wasnt "unique" at all, I had a busted computer and needed to see if it could be fixed. However, Anthony and his team provided me with a solution which would rival any competition. U-neek worked harder than any other service provider would. After deeming my computer toast, due to an electrical mishap, Anthony offered me a brand-new, in the box, computer for a VERY reasonable price. It was outstanding. Anthony was also able to recover all data from my fried hard drive on the old computer. I should also mention that Anthony and his team did ALL OF THIS in less than a few days. I had a start up issue, and i couldnt seem to figure out the issue. I googled for information and asked people for advice and diagnostics and point of views. It helped and got me moving but they were basically all worst case scenarios and made me, a guy with limited knowledge nervous to perform. I decided to give Uneek a call and he listened to my problems and then immediately gave me 3 easy steps to limit what could be the issue. They started by absolute easiest to easy in difficulty. The very first solution he gave me was something no one had suggested, not even on the internet. I decided to try that way first like he advised and it fixed the issue immediately. Had i followed others i would have been swapping expensive parts for no reason. I strongly recommend them with any issues you may have.
