Worst experience..!!! Already staples is something noone looks at. I thought maybe I should give them a chance to see how it works. Turns out, i was WRONG..!! The order I placed at 6:30 in the morning has been cancelled automatically by them. No notification was sent to me. I just logged into my account and found out that my order is cancelled. I mean is that how you treat your customers?? They guy over the phone put me on hold and 5 minutes later, confirmed that it was, and i quote "AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED BY SYSTEM". Wow. Thats just amazing..!! Guys, if you want a better service, check out anywhere but STAPLES

We recently returned to this area and to our dismay realized that OFFICE Max was gone. We visited the ONLY office supply store now on the East Side-- Staples: THE WORST SERVICE ever plus not easy to access from the main road. The employees need to be trained to at least PRETEND that they are happy working there. The atmosphere in the store is depressing. I just discovered OFFICE Max is still around on the north side. On my way there now. PLEASE BRING OFFICE MAX back to the East side of town.

I called in to ask them to check for 2 items. First she left me on hold for a long time, second she said they dont carry any of those type of items in the store, third another guy came on and said No bluntly. I know for sure you carry those items because ive been to many staples and they all have it. I went to the store and checked myself, and clearly it was everywhere in the store. These two lazy bums shouldnt work there if they cant do thier job.

Love staples and always go there but the copy and print center at this staples is ridiculous. Doesnt meet deadlines and terrible quality of printing. Id recommend any other staples Ive used to anyone but until this one has major changes dont go.

Was looking for some very specific supplies. They didnt have enough in stock and made it very easy to special order. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. Cant understand all the hating going on...Staples has always cone through for me.
