My Macbook Pro that is 5 years old recently went through the process of a normal software update. However, to my surprise the next morning it would not turn on. I was on the phone with Apple for 5 hours and 3 different people. They told me my computer had gone into hard drive failure and advised me to take my mac to the apple store the following day. Being a college student, the last thing I wanted to do was go through Apple and be charged a ridiculous amount of money. I called Double Click Computers the following morning and dropped off my computer. They were able to fix it within a 10 day period which is wonderful! They also informed me that I did not need my hard drive replaced, and saved me hundreds of dollars. I had a great experience with Double Click. They were very nice, and updated me on my computers status as they went along. Highly recommend!

This place is the most unfriendly store in west reading. When there supposed to be open they have the door locked and you have to knock real loudly. I waited 20 minuets once for someone. They would also not fix an apple product that was under warranty when apple told me to take it there. They also wanted 150 dollars just to look at one of my desktops which is ridiculous do not bring anything here there is a rude guy or a rude lady who answers the door dont go here ever. Very unprofessional place to.

I went there yesterday and was very pleased with my experience, the staff was very helpfull and with their advise I saved considerable money, they even helpme carry my daughter and her stroller outside. I will gladly drive the 30 miles to have their service again (if require)

I cant say enough good about these guys. Doug and Tom have done work for me twice and they will always go out of their way to take care of me. Im glad I found them and Ill never go back to an overcrowded Apple Store. Thanks!
