This place also does loans... the website says you will have a response regarding your loan in an hour well it was a week and a half before I received a response... the first time I called the underwriter was not in the office... the second time I called several times that morning and was told the underwriter would not be in the office until after 1... the third time I called they stated my application was pending because my paycheck was not direct deposit and I clearly confirmed that it was on my bank statement he said it would let the underwrite know and have someone call me back... no call back... the forth time I called the first representative hand no idea that the underwriter was supposed to review my paperwork again and asked me to send my paycheck stubs... I sent my check stubs and still did not hear anything... I called back a fifth time days later and still nothing... the representative kept cutting me off and would not let me finish a sentence... he transferred me to the underwriter who then said he would call me back in 10 minutes... my application was dined and I received an email and no return call... I then called back and asked why my application was denied... the representative said because phone number was out of state? Why would that matter if I clearly work and live in Virginia... he said he would have the underwriter call me back once he got back... I asked him "wasnt he just there? Why would he say he would call me back and then leave?" The representative then said.. "Maybe this isnt the place, try somewhere else!" And then hung up on me... I called back several times to speak with a supervisor with no answer! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! PLEASE TRY A MORE REPUTABLE PLACE IN YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP RATHER THAN GIVING THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!

The guys in here sort of coordinate to sell you the phones rather than get yours fixed quick. Came in with a screen broke...the guy up front asked what company, sent me to the guy in the back before he would quote me a price. When I go back up to check the price of just getting the screen repaired he says it will cost the same and take a week to order the screen. I havent used other services in the area to compare, but some of those reviews say their phones got fixed in 30mins...so idk. Another bad feature, is Redial doesnt open until 11a so if you thought you could hurry and get a phone for the day, youll wait. But...On the other hand, Verizon and Sprint etc dont give people affordable, cash/affordable options for a phone. Society is brainwashed into every new model device and payments for years on it, still wont be your own. You pay Redial an upfront amount, but it is your own phone then and there with no monthly payments (bc really, there is enough other bills to worry about). Sidenote, most phone companies are rude about you bringing in a cheaper phone, so have the printout that proves the phone isnt stolen so there are no hassles having it cut on.

Great shop run by great people, a family team it would seem. I loved the selection of stuff theyve got, definitely some interesting and rare things, among the usual fare. When buying, they will make a good deal when you make an offer. And as far as selling what youve got, expect a fair, courteous, and professional experience, nothing like the awful pawn shops down the road. Actually, this isnt a pawn shop at all: there is no pawning, and also no firearms. And no nasty attitude thank you. P.s. they buy gift cards! Not a bad mark up, even compared to CoinStar or whatever, and they may even buy what those machines wont. Definitely more convenient than selling it online in that case. I will happily return one day.

I just recently got the new Galaxy S7 in the mail and I had it in hand for maybe 30 mins before I managed to get the sim jammed in the slot. T-mobile couldnt help me and customer service told me I would need to file a claim with the insurance company to buy a new one with my deductible of $175! I was infuriated! I decided to take it to Redial to see if they could help me out. I dropped it off and it was ready only 3 hours later for just $75. The guy was incredibly nice and I could tell he loves his job. This place saved me so much money and a lot of stress. I highly recommend them to anyone with similar issues. A+++

This place saved me! After trying 2 other places that told me my phone couldnt be fixed for under 230 dollars. I found redial, thinking my only option was to look for another phone to buy. They probably couldve sold me another phone, but they knew I wanted to keep mine. So Instead, he took my phone, told me not to be upset and that he could fix it for 75 dollars! He did it right there, and it only took a short time. He handed it back good as new. I literally saved 155 dollars. These are good people. They dont like to see people get ripped off. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Good place to buy/sell stuff. Jimmy buys almost everything and he gives fair price. He always has good selection of new/used iPhones and android phones. Very honest place to do business with. I would recommend this place people. I have bought traded computers, phones, even a base guitar. Highly recommended. Jimmy even offered me come after hours at late at night if I need the cash lol anyway you get how real they are. Need to fix your cell phone? supposedly they fix them as well. I never broke a phone but I am sure it is just as good.

Redial Wireless also does payday/line of credit loans, however, if you currently have any other loan out on earth, even if it is in good standing Redial Wireless will deny you. This info is not on their site which would have saved me the time of even applying. They tell you this after you go through the process and get denied. The reasoning is if you have another financial obligation they wont get paid back. My only gripe is be clear and concise about the terms and conditions of your loans.

This company is horrible and they offer terrible customer service. Louis is not capable of repairing a phone at all, even after 3 attempts he still could not get it right. Jimmy the owner/manager is just as bad...no wonder his employees act the way they do with him as their leader. This place is a joke and only want your money. If you want your phone repair correctly you might be better off doing it yourself.

The customer service at Redial was absolutely phenomenal! My phone was expertly fixed in about 15 minutes and both the owner and Louis were extremely professional! In this day and age there seems to be repair specialists on every corner, all with outrageous prices and broken promises. You need not look any farther than Redial for your next cell phone repair!

I dropped my Samsung tablet, Screen was totally cracked, Called around to a few places cost of repair was between 210-95 dollars. Talked to Louis, he would have it fix for 69 with Tax. He needed to order part expected to get my tablet back with in 5-7 days. 3 days later it was fixed and working perfectly Thank you Louis!! Job well done.!!
