Great service! My 15 yr old couldnt use her laptop because of the pop-ups/malware. Before contacting anyone, we ran Malwarebytes on it and, even though it found and removed 143 items, the problem still existed. I found Your Computer Guy online and made the call late afternoon. When I was told it could be fixed "remotely", I was ecstatic (I didnt have to take it in & drop it off for days). The next morning, David called & connected remotely. He was incredibly patient when my internet service went out several times during the remote support session. After several logons, my daughters laptop was fixed!! It is running like new again & we couldnt be happier. I have experience with other "computer fixers" and I can honestly say this was the most stress free experience I have ever had with one. Price is extremely reasonable and I will no longer worry about what Im going to do the next time something goes wrong with one of our computers. Im calling David, he is now my computer guy! I will recommend Your Computer Guy (David) to anyone having computer issues.

David and Your Computer Guys were super helpful. I stopped at two other locations before coming here and should have saved myself the frustration. Unlike my 1st two stops David listened before trying to charge me for a diagnostic (1st stop - $59 diagnostic and didnt even listen to what was wrong) and didnt gouge me with a ridiculously expensive labor rate (2nd stop - $200 minimum for parts and labor and had to ship out for 5 days). On top of providing an exceptional customer service experience he had my computer up and running in no time (While I was there) and showed me how to trouble shoot the problem myself if it should reappear down the road. As a small business owner myself I would highly recommend David & his team at Your Computer Guy to friends, family, and anyone in need of customer focused computer/tech support. Thanks again for your help David & Your Computer Guys I hope you see this review because it is well deserved. It was a pleasure doing business.

After our quick books crashed for the 2nd time in as many months, we decided to get new computers for our office and hey while we are at that, lets update to all the new "stuff" at the same time. My office manager did computer researches and when she came back with a local company instead of a "Big Box" company that was less expensive but had more to offer our company she was given the okay to deal with Your Computer Guy! Not only did we get personal service from the owner (who even answered the phone!) but they built us the best system for our needs and had us up and running in 1 hour! Your Computer Guy set everything up, monitors, down loaded our new programs and they even cleaned up the trash that was created by unpacking our computer! (Big bonus in our book) Our bookkeeper was shown how to contact Your Computer Guy for the services they offered. So keep your money local and check out this small business owner, you will be happy you did!

I had a 1 TB Western Digital External drive that was dropped. When my computer did not read it, I feared the worst. I was a 1st time customer here and they told me that they could help me out after seeing that the drive was still spinning. Dave explained the pricing, up front and I left the drive there, then subsequently provided them with a replacement drive (to copy the data to). I got the call from the tech yesterday that the drive was ready, but may have not been able to recover 300GB of the 400GB of data. He explained that if I wanted to send it out to a clean room recovery facility they could help me out with that if I found that any critical data was missing. When I got the drive home (to my surprise), it was showing that all my data was recovered! Thanks Guys!!! Fair, up front pricing. Hope that Im more careful in the future, but will recommend to anyone with out of warranty computer issues!

My computer system was attacked recently by one of the ever present computer viruses that seem so easy to become exposed to these days. David had been recommended to me by a friend, so I gave him a call. I really thought I have lost everything. He was able to quickly and efficiently recover my system. He cleaned up all kinds of other things as well. Over night I was back on the air. I have gone back several times and have ALWAYS been very pleased with the result. He has good staff folks too, they are all very knowledgeable. Most recently, my 1 year old Dell was failing intermittently. I was ready to discard it and replace it. David said "You have a good machine Tom, it is just a failing drive that needs repair." He recommended I spend $100 instead of $1,000. He was right! Been running like a top since he replaced the drive. These folks do really good and honest work. .

My laptop crashed literally one day after I had backed up ALL of my photos and videos from my phone onto the computer. I spent the night trying to fix it and crying because I had lost every single video and picture I had of my 17 month old daughter (first child), AND recorded voicemails my mom had left me. My mom died two months ago and to say I was devastated is an understatement. I spent the first part of Sunday calling every single computer repair shop in the area, but none of them were open on a Sunday. Mr. Corley called me back to set up a time for Monday as he is also closed Sundays, but after hearing how distraught I was, he went ahead and agreed to take a look at it. He recovered all my data, got my data to me within 1-2 hours, and put up with my grateful tears! He deserves more than five stars for helping me out and I would recommend him to anyone! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Poor customer service. I brought my laptop in to have the pop ups disabled and a windows install app that pop ups disabled but nothing was fixed. I brought my laptop back a second time and nothing was fixed again. Both times I had to call to see if my laptop was fixed because nobody called me back. I had to find out for myself. When I did call, the person who answered had no idea and said he would text me back once he found out for sure. The when I emailed Dave about the persistent issues with my laptop that have not gone away he was very rude to me and said "If there is something you are doing we cant prevent that" All these people are giving this place 5 stars but I highly doubt it. Either he doesnt know how to fix computers or these people are all his friends.

Dec of 2014, my mom indicated that her computer was moving real slow and had numerous pop ups and it would sometimes lock up. She got tired of messing with it and was looking into buying a new computer. So, I brought my mom’s laptop to Dave to see if he could fix the problem before she went out and spent unnecessary money on another computer. I dropped off the computer on a Monday and received a call Tuesday morning that the computer was fixed and ready to be picked up. My mom was surprised that the computer was able to be fixed and was amazed at the quick turnaround and price. It has been 3 months since Dave fixed the computer and I periodically ask her how here computer is running. She replied “Like it did when I first took it out of the box”.
