I am so thankful for Tim and the help he provided to my company! I have an employee who works remotely for me from Florida. Her computer was caught in a bad virus which held the computer "hostage". After restoring the computer back to its factory condition, everything had to be downloaded so that she could work normally. I spoke to Tim and he remotely reinstalled everything she needed, software and hardware. She was back to work within a half hour. I cannot thank you enough! I have had a couple of hard-drive crashes over the years and the team at Computer Renaissance has always come through for me. I run my small business off of my computer and when it goes down, I cant work. Computer Renaissance has gotten my computer up and running and back to me, usually the same day! Broken phone screen? Take it here. Skip the hacks who work at the Harford mall phone place. Adam and his team are extremely experienced and will give you the best price out of anyone. I bought my own screen. Luckily it was the right part number and the guys put it in for $50 flat. They are busy, as any successful business is, and it did take about 24 hours to complete. But the customer service is top notch and they are well educated on the technology. Will be taking all my computer and phones here for now on.

Being a small business owner it is critical to align oneself with others who deem it important to get the job right the first time. Tim and his staff at CR are excellent when it comes to your computer needs. My computer needs are critical to the running of our business and CR has more than saved me time and money. Having been in management positions most of my working years, I appreciate great customer service. CR has always provided great customer service. I would highly recommend CR for your computer needs.

Thanks to Tim and Chris and even the newest young fellow added to the staff, I feel very comfortable taking my computer to them to be fixed. Seniors are often talked down to by those in the business but not at CR---I totally understand their instructions and listen to their suggestions. Now I only wish they could find the time to have classes for "seniors" who need help with navigating around the various programs. I highly recommend the services of Tim and Chris!

I took my laptop in to have the motherboard replaced. When I came to pick it up, the outer shell/casing for my laptop was switched with an older, worn down casing/shell and keyboard. I spoke with the associate there an requested to have my old case put back on, even though a slight modification had to be made to fit the new motherboard into it. He was very understanding and did it happily. Good service.

Over the past 18 months I have taken 3 different computers to Computer Renaissance for software issues. Each time I had to take back with same issue at least once and the owner who I am assuming is the older gentleman provides you with his arrogant little attitude.
