Our office has 7 iMacs, a Mac Mini, and a handful of iPads and MacBook Pros. As a digital agency, they are the core of our business and downtime is a big concern. Weve worked with Shiny Computers a handful of times now ranging from hardware replacement to iPhone and iPad screens. Everyone at the office knows that if we have problems with an Apple product, Shiny Computers is the first place to call. Chris and his team are incredibly knowledgable, do great work, and they take the time to consider the best option for their customers regardless of their own financial benefit. Im a big Apple fan, but Shiny Computers puts Apple Customer Service to shame. After multiple experiences with faulty hardware, I feel more comfortable taking my computers to Shiny Computers than going directly to Apple. Chris often suggests we get a price from Apple for bigger problems, but Shiny Computers usually costs the same or less. Not to mention theyre a million times easier to work with. Even if a product is under warranty, I would rather take it to Shiny Computers first. The difference in hassle and waiting time is totally worth the cost. Thanks for being awesome! Was referred to Shiny Computers by a friend. Had water damage to my Mac. Chris greeted me immediately. While his tech was looking at my computer, several customers came to him for help. I was impressed with his honesty. He fixed one customers issue on spot while referring another to the Apple Store because his particular issue would be cheaper going that rout. Chris was not able to repair my badly damaged Mac, but gave me some solid advice when dealing with Apple that saved me a lot of money in the long run. I will surely take my apple devices to Shiny first in the future as they can be trusted to advise the best course of action. No charge for my visit. A+

Last night I rushed over after work to get a MacBook that I have desperately been wanting for awhile- I even called over to the store and asked if they could stay open a little bit longer. Thankfully they did and picking out a computer I got absolutely fantastic customer service, in addition to a wonderful (and very inexpensive) new Mac and a great warranty. Plus, if I want to upgrade I can trade this one in! If youre in the market for a Mac (and trust me, they are great hearty machines), this is the place to go. A+ for awesome service and prices.

I showed up thinking that I would be without my Macbook Pro for a couple weeks and left with it working great. Shawn and Chris have everything to offer; Great customer service, spectacular knowledge, and a true willingness to help you and get everything working right. Their prices are the most reasonable that I have ever seen and there are no hidden costs, like some other repair places. These guys are great! My iphone 5S had some water damage according to Apple (which I have no idea when that would have occurred, as I never dropped it in water), so they wouldnt do anything. I called Shiny Computers, and they said bring it in and they would look at it. Bottom line - $125 they put a brand new screen on it, and its back like new! And they did it in only 30 minutes. They are a great option, glad to have found them. Will keep them in mind for future needs.

I called apple them selves like a fool..... and had a horrible on the phone experience, just to set up an appointment. I said the hell with that and went to shiny computers like i should have in the first place. No appointment and got first class service. I advise everyone to never go to apple to get anything fixed. GO TO SHINY COMPUTERS.

Weve been in here every time theres been a problem with one of the macs. The prices are reasonable, their service is quick but professional and the overall experience is over 5 stars. They usually have us ready to go in 10 minutes. One of the few places that doesnt try to rob you blind.
