I cant say enough good things about MCS Computers. My previous computer was a desktop running Windows XP that I bought around 2000. Coming from the time before computers, I never really took advantage of what I had. All I really used it for was email and the occasional internet search. Whenever it needed servicing I took it to MCS. They were at a convenient location and I was comfortable explaining what I was experiencing to the staff and I was always treated fairly. So when it gave up the ghost I went to MCS to see about purchasing a laptop - Oh My Goodness! - I got my laptop complete with Windows 10, a new Microsoft Office program, a new intuit Quickbooks program AND Ive taken a Computer Basics class, Windows 10 class, Microsoft Word class and am taking the Microsoft Excel class all at MCS Computers. Any questions I have (believe me, Ive had lots) I just call or stop in and someone there is always quick to help me and, very important to me, they never make me feel like Im totally clueless. Thanks to the entire staff at MCS Computers Im making my way to the 21st Century.

***Beware! If you find any positive reviews on this or any other sites, this company has been known to pay people to give them good reviews or have their own employees give high ratings, dont be duped.*** I will never go back to this place. It is run by imbeciles. They are so oblivious and unprofessional its almost hard to wrap your mind around it. I called and tried to inquire about some prices on their refurbished computers. Whoever answered was so unprofessional and rude, and I heard someone screaming in the backround. Everything about this company is amateur and it is run by people that have no idea how a business should operate and conduct itself. if your IQ is higher than 17, go elsewhere; if not, have fun getting taken advantage of. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please spread the word so that no one you care about ends up making the mistake of going to MCS Computers.

My family has taken our computers there shops, different computers, different occasions, and we have always been given great service and rates...I have used other services before where you send in your device and later they charge additional because something came up, they give us the price and fees up front and advise that nothing outside of what was discussed would be done without contact, I advise anyone looking to have work done on there personal or business computer to contact there office and speak with one of their reps

Rather than repair my older computer, they said it "couldnt be fixed", and sold me a whole new system. A friend cleaned out the dust from my old one, installed a new legal version of Windows, and brought it back online just fine. I cant believe that this place is still in business. Of course, the new system that they sold me failed after only 14 months of use, just 2 months after the warranty expired. If I ever go back inside, it will be to revile and insult the staff for being so snotty and so crooked.

They installed a new SSD drive in my 2014 Mac Mini. No one else, including the Apples Store or Best Buy would touch it! I was in a pinch and needed it done the same day, and they took amazing care of me and did the hard drive swap in record time. I could not be happier! They did an awesome job for me. They earned my trust and respect!

Most of the stuff here is horribly overpriced. Almost $60 for a 4GB 1066 RAM stick? Nearly $100 for a basic GPU? I can understand "convenience fees" charged by brick and mortar businesses to an extent, but this is ridiculous. I could go online and get both for less than $60. Get out of here.

They have excellent service at MCS Computers. My PC was beeping and would not work anymore and they diagnosed and repaired it in just a few days. It was running faster than ever before and I did not loose any of my saved programs. Very professional and fast service!

It was the worst service I have ever had. I was waiting for a employee they were busy taking about Modern Family and Hair cuts to be bothered with a customer then lied and said they could not find what I needed. Never again will i go to them for anything.

This place is highly expensive. Everything is overpriced. The employees are rude. They wanted to charge me $199 to fix a virus? And 100 if i wanted to upgrade! This place is terrible and i do not recommend anybody doing business here
