I am from out of town but just got stationed at USCG Training Center Yorktown. When I pulled out my computer the screen wouldnt turn on even though the computer was running. My biggest concern was I did not have a vehicle to take it to a shop. I called Baysden Computers and they came to the base within the hour at around 19:00 and picked up my laptop. They opened it up, took a look, fixed it, and brought it back to me the next day at what I felt was a reasonable cost. He also gave me a 10 day warranty on the labor so in case something went wrong he would only have me pay for the part. Very cool. I highly recommend him for both Military and Civilian.

Jay is a gem! He and his staff are prompt and attentive to all our computer needs, down to the smallest detail! Telephone calls and service issues are handled efficiently and most importantly, effectively. They are very understanding with those of us that are less than computer literate in explaining what is pertinent to our systems. Appreciate them keeping me up and running!

Our laptop crashed and I did not have anyone to rely on. I called Baysden based on reviews that were posted. They picked it up and got it fixed like new the next day. More than fair on their rates and it has a 30 day warranty. I will definitely use them again if needed, and recommend them to anyone needing computer service.

I saw this company driving down I64 and gave them a call, man I am so glad I did. My computer was a mess and Jay Baysden went well and beyond what we had agreed upon to fix my computer. Great rates and I could not be happier with what he did. Thanks Jay and man my computer is so much faster now.
