One of the worst experience i ever had in computer business - have a laptop asus eee 2GB that was running a bit slow and was over heated some other time, so i took it to PC ware house 1 - when i got there they made me sign a paper where they said i will pay 50£ for the diagnose and they will deduct it if i decided to repair my laptop at their place after the diagnose and that with any repair they charge 99£ flat labor rate. so i droped my laptop over after signing that paper 2 - i got a call from one of the technician saying that he already cleaned my fan it was dusty ( when i never asked them to do anything ) and they left my computer on and its working properly now and to come over to the place for collection 3 - i popped up to the place ... and said what is the result of the diagnose ... another guy said that they cleaned the fan and they charged me 105$ .... i said i never asked anyone to clean my fan ... so he answered back but we had to clean it to do the diagnose and you wanted it to be fixed right ? i said i was waiting for a diagnose result first ! ... he answered back in a very rude way : we fixed ur laptop and u have to pay the bill .... YOU WANT UR LAPTOP RIGHT ?! 4 - i said what about the RAM beeing updated since i already gonna pay my 99$ flat labor rate ... he said: the upgrade from 2gb to 3gb is useless and is not gonna make any big difference ... CONCLUSION : they are a total rip off - non professional with ugly and bad manners a small shop with a local technician in a poor street would do a better service and would have a better attitude ... i am writing this in the behalf of my wife who really felt intimidated over there ... A PLACE TO AVOID !

Bad experience. Took my Toshiba laptop for warranty repair. They said there was water damage and it wasnt covered. They offered to repair it for almost $400. They charged me $50 for the diagnosis. I went to another Toshiba Warranty center. They said there was no water damage. They said the proplem was a fan and it was covered under the warranty. They repaired it in one day. Computer has worked fine for months. Called Visa and provided documents regarding the repair, they gave me a full credit for the $50. PC Warehouse wanted the $50 so they sued me. In court, Judge yelled at their representative and dismissed their suit. I figure PC Warehouse could make a lot of money telling people their computers cant be repaired under warranty.... $50 per diagnosis. Meanwhile, the other Toshiba Warranty places I called dont charge for the diagnosis regardless of what they find. I would NEVER go to PC Warehouse again or recommend this place to anyone I liked.

This people do not demonstrate high professional standards. I would recommend to use another shop if you need a PC repair. I phoned this place because the battery of my toshiba laptop was not charging when the cord was pluged in. They said that they didnot have the ac adaptors for my model but they could have a look at the laptop and see if I really need a new adaptor. So I came and they checked the voltage on my old AC adaptor and found that it (adaptor) was broken. This is all they did for the flat fee of $49.99. As soon as I agreed to pay the flat fee a suitable AC adaptor for my model materialzed in the shop and they sold it to me for about $15. I do not know if it was a genuine mistake by the person on the phone or was it done on purpose but I did feel unjustly treated and overcharged.

Best place hands down....been going there 10 years......Other posters think we are located in India and everything should be free. Treat these guys with respect and talk with them....and they will work with you....cry about every red cent.....and you deserve a huge bill....i cant tell you how many times i have been in there where some programmer was talking about how it was just a quick software fix .....well if that guy wasnt such a tool....then he could fix it himself.......programming and hardware issues are 2 separate fields idiot.....these guys are pros...and so am I...thats why i have spend 10k over with them.....thanks to DING...who is great.....and a very personable person.....

I had a problem with my laptop and I tried again and again to fix it myself, but to no avail. I finally came here to see what they could do about it. The employees there were incredibly nice and had my computer fixed the next DAY! The service there was excelent and quick. These guys know what they are doing and the negative reviews on here are just those people who are too frugal. PC Warehouse lets you know the cost upfront and doesnt hide anything from their customers. I recommend these guys over anyone else.

I had what I thought to be a very complicated issue with my computer. I took it in and had a pleasant conversation with the employees. They explained to me what they believed was wrong with it in a quick and easy manner and I understood everything they said. It didnt take much time at all for the repair and now it works good as new! I highly recommend going here for any issue one may have with their tech.

I took computer here for a diagnosis on why it wasnt working. Someone took it apart to find out why it wasnt working. Then I decided not to fix it here and asked the person to put it back together. I picked up the computer only to realize much later that they took some of my internal components without my permission. Would definitely not recommend going here unless you want your parts taken away.

i took my laptop here to change the bioset password it was in warranty so .. they didnt charge me anything Guess what............. after that none of my laptops usb port was working. They didnt charge me any diagnostic fee. but they made me buy a $29 accessory it worked for one day and after few days stopped working Sorry not a good place to take your laptop there

I was looking for a new computer, and my friend refered me to come to this store. He told me that I will see good price, good service and good people here. what he said are all ture. The sales person are very nice and he is very knowlegeable. He customized my PC and fit what I need perfectly. I got very good deal from him too! I highly recommand this place!

Fast, knowledgeable and thorough service with quick repair times. The employees are helpful and honest about the state of your computer and what can be done for it. When my MacBook Pro didnt turn on, Eric did a great job of fixing it and making sure it was back to its original state.

RIP OFF!!! Thats the first thing I learned when i called this guy, I asked for the ATI 6790 and he said he had the 5770 that was a newer model....ummm ok. Do some research man, and then he tried to sell me a 570 for 419 which I can get from newegg next day delivery and a 580 for 399,
