My mom deleted all her pictures on accident from her camera which included 8 months of baby pictures of her grand daughter from the day she was born. She was so upset other places including Best Buy told her there was nothing they could do. She brought the camera to the Cicero store and they recovered all of the pictures for her. Cant thank you enough she is beyond happy those were memories you can never re place!

Bought a laptop there years ago, still using it. Im only giving 4 stars because the hard drive died 31 days after I bought it, and I had to kick and scream for help - but they took care of me very well. I would recommend buying a used computer here over a new one somewhere else. You will get more bang for your buck and people who will take care of you if anything goes wrong, unlike the chain stores.

Robert recently assisted me with an installation of a graphics card. We had an issue with the power supply. He told me to stop in the shop and hell have a look. He was able to figure out a solution and only charged me the cost of the part. Dont forget about the local computer shops, better service than what you will get from the big box stores,

I am very happy with this business. They are busy, but there is a reason for it. They saved two of my computers, one of which had been giving me the blue screen for over a year. I will bring all of my familys machines over there until one of us dies!

did quick,good and clean job,no complaints there....but was quoted one price then verified price(on phone wasnt in writing)..and then after work was done was charged different price $30. more....face to face they denied quote..

Brought a totally buggy computer to them and they cleaned up all the viruses and got it working for a very reasonable price. Theyre upfront about what it will cost, and reliable. Would never take my computers anywhere else.
