Went in there and shipped two boxes to the same address to California. The price was correct considering the insurance I put on both packages however I got boxes at the Post Office in Mechanicsburg and they said they couldnt insure those boxes because they werent bought from the UPS store. So of course, I had to buy the generic brown "UPS" boxes. Plus buying the fill, and I had to buy the tape because they apparently cant spare tape. General attitude of all the people working was below average, as if they hated to see me in there making them work. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes while there were 5 others who stood behind the register doing nothing. Only when I voiced up and said something did they walk into the back room, Im assuming they ended up doing the same thing they did up front... Nothing. Sorry UPS, you lost my business. Go Fed-Ex / Kinkos for better service and price.

Excellent customer service! All of the staff is polite and friendly. I go here often to ship both UPS and USPS packages - never have had any issues. Not to mention, at this location, theres no charge to tape your packages. Sounds silly to mention, but other UPS locations do charge for tape. Have also had finger printing done here and it was quick and easy.

My mother had her fingerprinting done at the UPS store which she received terrific customer service & was told about the next steps after the completion of the service she paid for. I was with her during her visit & we will return to this location for anything needed.

I use this store quite often for returning my stuff to Amazon. Good customer service except this one time the guy was a little irritated because I had 8 boxes but everybody has bad days so I think 5 stars is fair enough.
